[00:00:02] Do you have a hard time sleeping? Does it take you a long time to get to sleep? Maybe you're not an insomniac. Or maybe you are. Do you wake up tired?
[00:00:11] Do you toss and turn all night? Do you get up in the middle of the night? Guys, sleep is the best thing that you can do to heal the body and create youthfulness, energy and vitality. So if you have sleep issues, stay with us. I'm going to show you the secret to a perfect, deep, good night sleep. He's built multimillion dollar companies. His explosive books on health and wealth have sold over 60 million copies. Now, the Kevin Trudeau Show. They don't want you to know.
[00:00:46] Hey, Kevin Trudeau here. Thanks for joining me. We have a great show. I'm going to talk about sleep, how you can get a perfect night's sleep and why you're not. But before I do, they're gonna get all nervous now because John Denny's running the whole show now. He's a Hollywood producer. He's been a friend of mine for over 30 years. He's brilliant, talented.
[00:01:10] But I'm not too sure about this microphone with the boom here. So I need you to vote on this because the other option is I could have a microphone, like on the desk, you know, standing up, as opposed to this one right here. But he's trying to get excellent sound quality. And they said the last time, Trey, that it was a little low. They said, but we increased it. Okay. So they're trying to get better sound quality with the microphone so it's closer to me and it looks like radio. But I don't know about this boom thing. So if you're watching, if you're listening, you have no idea what the hell I'm talking about. But if you're watching, go to the comments, whether you're on Rumble or whether you're on YouTube or wherever you are and say, I don't like the boom or I think it's really cool, or make some comment because I will be talking to the boss now. I am no longer the boss. The boss about this little thing here. So we'll see about that.
[00:02:17] So that is coming.
[00:02:20] Before I talk about sleep, I have to talk about one other thing here.
[00:02:25] As you know, some of you don't.
[00:02:28] My case is effectively over.
[00:02:31] And I'll tell you one of the reasons why. It's been going on for over 30 years. I've been fighting for 30 years. I wrote the book Natural Cures. They don't want you to know about. I Exposed food additives in the food. I exposed Monsanto genetically modified food. I said ridiculous things such as talcum powder causes cancer.
[00:02:55] But now we know that's true. But when I said it, I was a heretic, I was a lunatic, I was a scammer, I was giving out misinformation.
[00:03:06] But it's true.
[00:03:08] I said that cinnamon, the proper kind of cinnamon from Sri Lanka. There's two major kinds from Sri Lanka and one's from Thailand. It has to be real cinnamon, like a cinnamon stick that you grind up, that regulates blood sugar and virtually can almost cure diabetes. And they said I was insane and crazy. I showed them all the research, and now we know scientifically, it's in the news, all the scientific papers, the mainstream scientists say it's true.
[00:03:45] This all goes in the Kevin was right file.
[00:03:48] I was exposing the drug companies, how the drug companies and the food companies work together with the government to hide the truth about non drug and non surgical ways to cure and prevent disease. And I was told I was crazy. And now we have the whole administration in the United States of America saying I was right all along.
[00:04:10] There's an energetic shift that is monumental. But because I was kind of ahead of the curve and one of the first guys to actually blow the whistle on Big Pharma talk about how drugs are causing more disease. I mean, I mentioned that the past director of the fda, the Food and Drug Administration in the United States, said that pharmaceutical prescription drugs kill more people than the diseases they're being used to treat.
[00:04:43] And everyone said that's insane. No, it's true. Because most of the drugs are treating diseases like eczema, irritable bowel syndrome, restless leg syndrome. Well, no one died of restless leg syndrome. Nobody died of irritable bowel syndrome. Nobody died of eczema.
[00:05:04] Nobody died of a migraine headache. But the drugs that are being used to treat these things, nobody died of depression or feeling a little sad.
[00:05:15] But the drugs that are being prescribed for these conditions, they kill people.
[00:05:20] People are dying by the hundreds of thousands because of the drugs. And this is not me saying it. This is now it's scientifically proven, and now we have an administration that says it.
[00:05:32] It's mind boggling. But because I was exposing the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry, how they're purposely working together to get people sick, and people said, that's insane. Now we know it's true. It's in the Kevin was right file. And now we have the people in the administration saying that. What Trudeau was saying all along is Is true. It's absolutely true.
[00:05:58] The food industry and the drug companies used to get together and I know because I was in the meetings and they would say, we're gonna put this additive in the food.
[00:06:11] It's going to cause a certain illness in people 10 years from now. So once we put this food additive in 10 years from now, there's gonna be almost an epidemic of this certain illness like restless leg syndrome or irritable bowel syndrome or whatever, psoriasis or something. And the drug companies then say, great, we'll start working on a drug because it takes five to 10 years to go through the approval process so that when the epidemic hits, we will have this drug already approved, ready for market. Because isn't it amazing that when people start having all this new illness, there's magically a drug that just happened to be recently approved to treat the symptoms of it.
[00:06:58] They work together to keep you sick.
[00:07:01] Well, as you know, I was sued by the government and the first case was settled with no finding of any wrongdoing. I didn't do anything wrong. All I did was expose what they don't want you to know about.
[00:07:15] And then they put me in prison for 10 years for contempt of court. And then they said I have to pay them $37 million. And they wiped out everything I owned. Some of you know the story, some of you don't know the whole story.
[00:07:30] It was all about me exercising my First Amendment constitutional rights of free speech.
[00:07:36] But the major reason that I became the target is because I was upsetting the apple cart on the gravy train between the food industry and the drug companies and the government. And I was exposing how they work together for profits. Only another past FDA director said the Food and Drug Administration is not protecting consumers, it's protecting the profits of the drug companies and the food companies.
[00:08:05] Well, when the election was going on, the shifts were in the energy and my case got settled with one little caveat. The judge signed the case. It's over last Friday. But this Friday coming up, I have to write a check for $725,000. And I've already wiped out all my accounts and paid them everything they asked for. So this is another 725,000 that I have to come up with by Friday. So I put out some appeals and I mentioned before that basically I can't have people that I've known for a long time write a big check because the government would say, haha, those people are hiding and holding money for you.
[00:08:48] And it could open up a whole bunch of challenges for a whole bunch of people. We don't want to go down that road.
[00:08:54] So I'm doing a lot of things right now and raising the money, talking to banks about potentially getting a loan based on the number of partners we have in the fan club and so forth. And so I've been appealing to you, and many of you have stepped up.
[00:09:07] Many of you, you know, gave 50, $50, $10, $100. Many of you became partners in the fan club at the lowest level of just 25 bucks a month because that's all you can afford. Many of you became partners at 100amonth or 250 or 500 or 1000 and got all those bonuses with free money and relationship processes, you know, worth 10, $20,000.
[00:09:33] A lot of you have done fantastic, and I appreciate that very much. That's fantastic. And a lot of people have given one time donations to the fan club, and that's terrific. We're about halfway home.
[00:09:45] The check I have to write on Friday is 725,000. We're about halfway here, so we have a little bit more to go. A little over halfway.
[00:09:54] We got to come up with another 350,000. That's ballpark. And I just sat down with William in the office. I said, what are the number numbers where we're at? And he said, well, another 25,000 just came in and where are we at? So it's, it's, it's somewhere in that $350,000 range. So let me tell you what I'm going to do. And I'm.
[00:10:17] Isn't it great that my, my challenge is your opportunity? So I'm going to do something pretty special here.
[00:10:25] If we can get 200 people to make a $1,500 donation, it's over. I can write the check on Friday and it's all done. So I'm going to do something really special. If you're watching and if you can afford it, if you give $1,500, we're looking for about 200 people, $1,500 as a one time gift to the Kevin Trudeau fan club. You will get the Gurukeb book, the leather bound, beautiful guru keb book.
[00:11:00] Matter of fact, do we have a copy of that anywhere? Can you grab me a copy tray of the guru keb book? I think it's over there.
[00:11:08] This is the prototype. It's not the leather bound edition. Right. Just grab one of those.
[00:11:15] Good. You're going to see a hand come in there. You didn't see the Hand. You didn't see the hand. Okay, so this is the Guru Keb book with the Guru Kev lessons. It's very thick, as you can see. This is going to be leather bound.
[00:11:29] It has all the Guru Kev lessons in there. It's going to be white leather with gold inlay. Going to be absolutely magnificent. We're only making 1,000 of them. They are a numbered limited first edition. They will be personally autographed by me as well.
[00:11:48] For those of you who have seen this or touched it.
[00:11:53] This is all channeled teachings on how to manifest goals, dreams and desires and virtually handle everything in your life. It's also going to be in lesson and verse. So when I teach or if you read this, there'll be beautiful bookmarks in there. You can go to a particular lesson and say lesson 45, verse 9, and you can pull something. All of the text is infused with shakti, or energy.
[00:12:24] Virtually. Just having the physical book in your house could create an attractor field. You know, one of the greatest kept secrets of wealthy people is all wealthy people have in their physical possession heirlooms, usually from their ancestors or that very wealthy people possessed at one time. Because if a wealthy person possesses something, their energy is infused in that particular relic or item. And if you have that, whether it's a painting, a statue, a relic, a knick knack, a ring, sometimes they call it amulets or talismans. They're actually infused with energy that attracts wealth, attracts luck into your life.
[00:13:15] Bibles were also passed down generationally and they were infused with that type of energy because the people that possessed them had luck and wealth and drive and determination. And that energy was infused. This book, if you get it, when you get it, it is infused with energy that will attract and create an attractive field in your house for luck, prosperity, abundance, love and health.
[00:13:46] Just even never reading the darn thing, just having it in your physical house could potentially create this bubble of magnetism that attracts into your life love, luck, prosperity, abundance, health, all the good things that you want, feeling of joy and happiness and peace and security. So this is something you want.
[00:14:13] So if somebody is willing to make a contribution of $1,500, you're going to get one of these. But also, also, also you're going to get your choice, either one money process or one relationship process, which we sell for $3,000. And if you come to Chicago and get it delivered, I will take you to dinner.
[00:14:37] Now, why am I doing this? Because I'm pulling out all the stops. Like I said, my challenge is your opportunity to come up and raise the money in the next three days.
[00:14:48] In America, Thanksgiving is Thursday. So we got here Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Really? I mean, yeah, look, the website is open on Thursday, which is fine, but I have to. I have to go to the bank on Wednesday if I don't have the money, because I have to write the check on Friday. So you get till Friday.
[00:15:08] So if you have the capacity and you can use a credit card. Also, if you want to use cryptocurrency, you can go to the Kevin trudeaufanclub.com website and just send us an email. Say, I want to pay in crypto, or I want to pay with a wire transfer. We can do that as well. You can pay in Bitcoin or Ethereum or. Or you can use a credit card. Credit cards are perfectly fine. Or a wire transfer. Or if you want to send in a check or a money order, that's okay as well. Just go to the website and make that contribution. $1,500. You get the Gurukeb book.
[00:15:40] The gold, white leather.
[00:15:43] Gorgeous. It's an heirloom, signed, numbered, limited edition. We only have a thousand of them. And that's it. In addition to that, you get your choice, either one money process or one relationship process absolutely free. So I'm kind of pulling out all the stops there so that you can help.
[00:16:06] And your gift is going to end my case once and for all. So it will be magical and spectacular. And for those of you who are not 100% familiar with the money processes or the relationship processes, we just had dinner on Saturday night with the people that attended. And the response from people around the table is just off the charts. There's nothing out there, on any continent, in any country delivered by anybody that is even similar to the money or the relationship processes, because nobody knows. I learned this in the brotherhood. I learned that in your DNA, things that happened in your ancestors, either your mother or your mother's parents or your mother's grandparents, all the ancestors on your mother's line and all the ancestors on your father's line, if they made postulates or decisions, if they accepted a curse, if they had trauma, that's in the field and it's in your DNA. So if somebody in your ancestry said that money is the root of all evil, or it's hard to make money, or only evil people and crooks make money, or money is not safe to have, money itself is evil. If these postulates were in the consciousness of any of your ancestors, it's in your DNA.
[00:17:38] It has to be cleared out. These are counterintentions. They go against your desire to make money or your desire to have a good relationship.
[00:17:48] And when I talked about this initially, it was very fascinating because scientists about. Right after. Right, right after I started talking about this for the very first time. And I said, you know, people are gonna think this is hokey.
[00:18:03] We've been doing it in the Brotherhood since when I was involved in the late 60s, early 70s. But it's been going on in the Brotherhood, I was told, for thousands of years, because the Brotherhood lineage goes all the way back to the high level Freemasons and Knights Templar and so forth.
[00:18:20] A lot of people say, well, is the Brotherhood one of those groups? No, because in Freemasonry, when you get to the 33 degree, that's when you're invited into a secret group above the 33 degree. So the brotherhood is that group that Freemasons can be invited into, Skull and Bones members can be invited into, etc. And it comes from Templar.
[00:18:46] But magically, when I started talking about it, research was being published by scientists at major universities around the world, all at the same time saying that traumas that happened to your ancestors are in your DNA.
[00:19:09] Exactly what I've been talking about. Well, talking about recently, but exactly what we knew in the Brotherhood for hundreds and hundreds of years here in Western civilization.
[00:19:21] And what I went through.
[00:19:24] The money process is an erasional process. When you go in, people say, this is the most powerful, energetic work I've ever experienced. I mean, I just sit there. I watch Kevin on the video. He does a process, and all of a sudden I feel like I got hit in the head with a baseball bat. I feel loopy. Some people say energy test. I feel like energy is flying out of my body. It's like, what this guy, who is he Merlin? I mean, this is unbelievable. People say, I'm watching the video, and all of a sudden everything in the room goes blank. And it's like, the only thing I can see is Kevin, and he's all multicolored and moving. What the hell is going on? They're going into different dimensions.
[00:20:01] Look, I know it's real. It doesn't make a difference. People go through it, but once they go through it, the counterintentions are permanently blown out. And if you want to make money now, when you apply the techniques to make money, you don't have counterintention, so it manifests. And if you want a good relationship, you don't have counterintention, so it manifests.
[00:20:18] We deliver 30 money processes and 30 relationship processes. The last three, there's 33 are too powerful. I'll deliver those sometime in the future maybe, but we sell them for $3,000 per process. I got one process when I started. I didn't know there were 33.
[00:20:37] And the moment I got it, within a week, all of a sudden, I had this avalanche of money coming in. My direct mail promotion, which was dead in the water, was not working at all. I did a money process all of a sudden. I ran it again, and it was like somebody flipped the switch, and hundreds of thousands of dollars just started pouring in. It was awesome. And I didn't know there was more than one. And it was about a year later until I found out there was more than one. And I had to pay huge money. I paid millions of dollars for these processes to my uncle in the brotherhood who delivered them to me. So if you want those, they're $3,000 a piece, but you can get it for free if you can go to the Kevin Trudeau fan club, make a contribution of $1,500. We're looking for 200 people.
[00:21:21] This will take me over the edge and get this thing settled once and for all. Because remember, if I can't write the check.
[00:21:28] This is the crazy part. The judge ordered me. The case is over. But he signs an order, and it's effectively over. But I have to write a check for $725,000 by Friday. If I don't, I will be in violation of that order. That means I'm in contempt of court again, and the judge can put me right back in prison instantly.
[00:21:51] So Friday, you hold the keys, my friend. I'm either going back to prison on Friday or the case is completely over. So I'll be. I'll be ready to get. To get shackled and taken back in. At least I would have had a good Thanksgiving meal.
[00:22:05] I didn't have to eat that in jail, if that happens. But I think people from around the world are going to step up. And if you can't do 1500, any amount, whether it's $10 or $100, any amount whatsoever, if you're not a partner in the fan club, become a partner. Because that's our backup plan. The more people that are partners and the more people that are at higher levels of being a partner, that's the backup plan. Because I can go to the bank and I can say, hey, look at all these partners that are contributing every month. Can I get a loan on this potential future revenue? It's the backup plan so I don't have to go back to prison. But the challenge there is that means we're not going to have enough money to make salaries. So I may have to let people go. We don't know if the show will continue to run and so forth, but everything will work out fine. And I'm going to do a show.
[00:23:00] I will be doing a show on adversity and how to handle adversity and how to overcome these things. So that's coming. That's coming. All right. So let's talk about what I wanted to talk about right from the beginning. Sleep.
[00:23:15] Sleep is the cure for almost everything, either totally or partially.
[00:23:27] And when I define sleep, when I say sleep, I don't mean just lying down in a bed with your eyes closed. I'm talking about going into a state, a deep slate, a deep state. Your brain and body completely shut down effectively so that it can rejuvenate.
[00:23:50] The brain has different brainwave patterns that it operates. The highest one is called gamma. Then there's beta, then there's alpha, theta and delta. Okay, I'm not going to get too scientific here.
[00:24:08] When you go to sleep, if you don't get into theta or delta, if you don't go into that area for a long period of time, your body doesn't rejuvenate.
[00:24:23] Human growth hormone, hgh, is not released and therefore your body doesn't heal and rejuvenate.
[00:24:31] Therefore you get old fast and everything starts breaking down in the body and you wake up tired, you're not sharp. Mentally, men, you don't produce enough testosterone if you don't get sleep. If you don't get into these areas for men, you're not gonna produce enough testosterone. Which means you need some type of ED medication. Which is why in America, more American males take ED and not just take, but need ED medication. We have a higher percentage of American males needing ED medication than any other country on the planet.
[00:25:10] Americans are impotent. Males are impotent. I'm going to tell you why, by the way.
[00:25:16] You're not getting proper deep sleep.
[00:25:20] There's other factors, but today we're talking about sleep. If you want your body to health to be good, if you want endorphins, the feel good hormones to be released, which means you have a positive, motivated, inspired drive and zest for life. You need to get deep sleep.
[00:25:41] If you want your wrinkles to reduce, you need to get deep sleep. If you want to lose weight, you need to be able to get deep sleep. If you're not sleeping well, you are going to have a harder time losing weight. If you want to build up muscles, you have to get deep sleep. Deep sleep, which means your brainwave is going to go alpha theta delta and then it rotates alpha theta delta, alpha theta delta.
[00:26:12] You need all three during the sleep cycles, but you need that deep delta sleep.
[00:26:18] If that's not happening, then you have this myriad of challenges.
[00:26:24] Most people, it's shocking to me because I sleep like a rock. I don't sleep like a baby because babies don't sleep. I sleep like a dog. I mean dogs. I can sleep on a plane, I can sleep on a bus, I can sleep in the back of a taxi cab. At the end of the night when I hit the pillow, I am out, man. And I don't get up until the next morning. I don't get up in the middle of the night to piss. I don't toss and turn. You know, I knew this when I used to travel. I would stay in motels and I would always ask for a king size bed. Well, I'm single. I didn't have a woman with me. I wasn't picking up a woman. I just liked a king size bed. I thought that was cool to have a king size bed. I had money, I want a king size bed.
[00:27:16] That was then. Now it doesn't matter. But back then I needed a king size bed because I need a king size bed. So I would sleep in the king size bed. Obviously I'm by myself.
[00:27:28] And when I would wake up, the second half of the bed next to me looked like nobody slept in it.
[00:27:35] It was like perfectly. Which means I didn't toss and turn. And I've done sleep studies and I turn over once or maybe twice in the whole night. I sleep the whole night.
[00:27:49] And I'm not a young guy, but I don't get up in the middle of the night to piss. And right before I go to bed, I drink a big glass of 12 ounces of water right before I go to bed because I want to be hydrated and I don't have to get up to piss.
[00:28:06] Guys are like going, oh my God. Even women out there are like going, oh my God.
[00:28:11] So sleep is critical. Now, you may not be an insomniac, but let me just give you a couple things here. Number one, how long does it take you to fall asleep?
[00:28:20] If it's not. If it's more than five minutes, you got a problem. I can guarantee you're not getting into deep sleep. And if you were to do A sleep study where you put your brainwave frequencies on your head. You're going to see that you're not getting into deep REM sleep, rapid eye movement, but you're also not getting into theta or delta.
[00:28:39] And you're not releasing human growth hormone, which is going to heal the body and keep you young and feeling good. And guys, lots of testosterone. And women, you'll have a lot of sex drive and you won't be dry when you're trying to have sex. You'll be able to get wet very quickly because you have a lot of. All the hormones are working properly and sex becomes fun and exciting. You'll be able to have more orgasms and much deeper orgasms and actually get to the point where you can have a full body orgasm, orgasm, where it's just not something in one part of the body or the mind, but virtually almost the whole body vibrates and shakes. It's a whole body orgasm.
[00:29:19] And I'm not a woman, so I don't know what that is. But women have told me at great length, and I've studied this intimately, that it's very pleasurable for a woman to have a full body orgasm. Guys can have close to that. You can't have a complete, not like a woman. Women, you have better orgasms than guys, but guys can get close to that but not quite as deep and intense.
[00:29:46] So sleep is critical. So number one, if it takes you more than five minutes to fall asleep, there's a problem. Number two, if you're in a bed by yourself and you wake up and the bed is destroyed, you're not sleeping well. If you're tossing and turning the whole time, you're not sleeping good. If you have to wake up in the middle of the night to piss, you're not sleeping good because you're breaking up the pattern.
[00:30:06] Okay? If you have to have. If you have a sleep apnea, you're not sleeping good. If you say you have sleep apnea, you're not. I'll do a show on sleep apnea. But if you have sleep apnea, you're not getting deep sleep and therefore your body is not rejuvenating. You have major issues, emotional issues, energy issues, weight loss issues, digestion issues, health issues, testosterone issues, hormone issues, and the list goes on.
[00:30:41] Next, when you wake up in the morning, if you are groggy when you get up, if it takes you a long time to get out of bed, you didn't sleep good at night. Because when you sleep properly, what happens is in the morning the body's done sleeping. It's like I finished that cycle, I've rested and rejuvenated. Now it's time to move. And you can't stay in bed.
[00:31:08] You're like wide eyed and bushy tailed as we used to say. And you just jump right out of bed and you're like, I gotta get out of bed.
[00:31:17] I remember I was in Germany, I was dating a Galaxy. She was half German and half Norwegian and we were in Germany together doing some hiking and things.
[00:31:28] She was a very athletic woman. She loved athletic, she loved being outside. She would cross country ski, she skied, she loved hiking, she loved swimming, very athletic. And we were out doing athletic things all day. We were hiking up the mountain and doing all this stuff. And at the end of the night we were tired so we slept.
[00:31:50] And I said to her, you know, let's sleep in in the morning.
[00:31:55] She says, great, great idea. No alarm, let's just sleep in.
[00:32:00] All of a sudden in the morning we both wake up and we both look at each other and we are both wide awake. And she goes, I can't stay in bed, can you? And we both laughed at, let's go. I mean, let's hit the day, let's go. I got so much energy, let's go, let's go for a run, let's go for a hike, let's do this, let's do that, let's do some other things, let's go. But we had just tons of energy and so many people are just groggy in the morning and we never had that issue and I don't have that issue now. So those are some of the indicators. So the question is if you are an insomniac. And some people say I can't go to bed, it's 1, 2 in the morning and I have a hard time getting to sleep.
[00:32:48] The question is, what is the cause of insomnia and why is it that Americans have more sleep problems or more insomniacs? There's more insomniacs, higher percentage that have a hard time falling asleep.
[00:33:07] Americans have the highest percentage of people that don't get deep sleep, that wake up groggy and out of I need my coffee, I need my coffee. Sometimes I like coffee, but sometimes I forget to drink coffee in the morning. I don't need it for the pickup. On rare occasion it's like, you know, I need a little jolt here. But that's very rare. Most of the time it's just the pleasure. Whether it's tea or coffee or matcha or you know, ginger tea, which has no caffeine in it. Something warm and cozy when you get out of bed, depending on the weather. So what is causing the sleep problems that you're probably having? So let me give you a couple of them. First, some of the physical things.
[00:33:49] Oh, you're not going to like this.
[00:33:53] I was talking about food additives, the chemicals in American food. But food around the world. But America is the leader in what's called ultra processed food.
[00:34:08] 70% of the food that Americans eat is ultra processed.
[00:34:17] And the poor people in America in different ethnic groups, African American, for example.
[00:34:25] And if you're in a lower economic zone, it's 95% of the food you're consuming is ultra processed food.
[00:34:38] It has 15,000, over 15,000 various chemicals and additives that don't have to be individually listed on the label.
[00:34:53] This is going to start going to change now with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. In charge of health and human services. I had him on my show years ago.
[00:35:02] This is wrong.
[00:35:04] The food industry lobbies government and say, we don't want to put all this stuff on the label. Of course not.
[00:35:12] Well, there's going to be transparency. Same thing with restaurants. You go into a restaurant and you get a menu.
[00:35:20] Well, what's in it?
[00:35:23] Oh, I want a salad. Would you like balsamic salad dressing? I don't know what's in it. Do you have an ingredient list of the balsamic salad dressing? Maybe I'll pick the blue cheese. Do you have an ingredient list? Where does the cheese come from? Is it pasteurized and homogenized milk from someplace in America or is it from France, like blue cheese supposed to come from? Where does it come from? Is it real blue cheese or are you just calling it blue cheese? What are the ingredients? They don't tell you. So number one, if you're eating ultra processed food, whether it's think about, okay, I have a box of Cheez. Its ultra processed. Most food bars and protein shakes are ultra processed. If it comes in a jar, if it comes in a can, if it comes in a box, it's almost always ultra processed. If it's something you're just reheating, like, oh, I bought a frozen pizza, it's ultra processed.
[00:36:23] Salad dressings, ultra processed. Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, all ultra processed.
[00:36:30] Almost everything that people eat is ultra processed. So the chemicals in the food are messing up your hormones in your brain, making it hard for many people to sleep. So that's number one. Number two, corn.
[00:36:48] If it says high fructose corn, Syrup, corn syrup solids, corn meal, anything with corn. Because it's a genetically modified grain manufactured by Monsanto, it is screwing up your whole system, causing you a plethora of health issues in addition to sleep.
[00:37:19] Soy.
[00:37:20] Almost all soy that people consume, that's in products, soybean oil, et cetera, comes from Monsanto. Genetically modified soy.
[00:37:34] These soybeans mess up your entire intestinal tract. They make you fat, give you gas and bloating, and mess up your hormones, making you depressed. They increase cortisol levels, which make you fat. Anything with soy, stay away from soy, unless it's organic soy. Otherwise it comes from Monsanto, it's a genetically modified bean, and it is destroying your health and messing up your sleep.
[00:38:07] Next, excitotoxins. Excitotoxins include any artificial sweetener, sucralose, NutraSweet, aspartame. All artificial sweeteners are excitotoxins, which means they are toxins and they excite the brain, making it very difficult to sleep. It also makes you depressed, it increases your appetite, and it makes you fat.
[00:38:37] Any artificial sweetener, and it's probably in your food bar, it's probably in your protein shake. You think you're doing something good. Look for the sucralose, look for the NutraSweet, look for the Aspartame. It's all terrible. 100% terrible. Xylitol. It's all terrible. Stay away. But it's messing up your sleep. By the way, John and I were talking about doing this show and John and Trey came up with all these articles about sleep deprivation, insomnia Symptoms, causes and treatments. The state of sleep health in America.
[00:39:14] What causes insomnia? One in four Americans develop insomnia. All these articles and gave me all this research and I read it all and I thought, it's all a load of bs.
[00:39:27] None of it is legitimate or true. It's like all produced by AI.
[00:39:32] What I'm telling you isn't in any of these articles, any of the research, because nobody knows it. Nobody's willing to talk about it. They want to talk about the general stuff. Oh, it's, you know, if you have some worry, have a little bit of stress, well, that'll cause you some sleep problems, you know, a little stress. You don't want to worry, you know, don't worry, you know, because if you're worrying, that means you're probably going to have a little stress and you're going to have a little problem sleeping, you know, because you're worried there. And so why don't you worry a little less? And yeah, you know, I'm a PhD at Harvard, and I think if you worry less, that'll help with the sleep there. Yeah, yeah, okay, fine.
[00:40:18] What about the excitotoxins? I don't know about the excitotoxins. We haven't had the research, you know, because, you know, the companies that make that, you know, they are actually funding the research here. So we really don't talk about that because the medical school here at Harvard is funded by all the companies that make the corn and Monsanto and everything. They pay for everything here. So we don't want to talk about. Let's talk about wary. If people worry, then they'll have a hard time sleeping.
[00:40:54] Yeah, okay, I'm telling you why you're having a hard time sleeping.
[00:41:00] They don't want to talk about it.
[00:41:04] They don't, because it affects people's money. All right, what else?
[00:41:11] Alcohol.
[00:41:12] All you ladies out there, most of you are alcoholics and you don't know it.
[00:41:19] As you know, I'm a single man. So many times I always reference I was dating a gal. Well, I apologize, but these are real stories.
[00:41:30] So I knew a gal who was a very attractive woman. She was actually a fit model on the COVID of Maxim magazine. So she had it all going on.
[00:41:46] She wasn't sleeping good. And I said, you know, you're not releasing a lot of human growth hormone. This is when she was in her 20s. And I said, this is going to cause you to age very, very quickly in your 30s and 40s, you're going to really age terribly. So when somebody looks at you at 45 compared to when you were like 25 or 30, you're going to look like a different person. I told her, she says, well, what can I do to sleep better? I said, well, you drink wine every night.
[00:42:14] Well, I drink a glass of wine to relax, and it helps me sleep.
[00:42:21] No, you drink a glass of wine because you're an alcoholic.
[00:42:26] You drink wine every single night because you're an alcoholic. You say it's to relax.
[00:42:33] Okay, so listen, I drink alcohol. You know, I'm not. I'm not a teetotaller. I'm not Little Lord Fauntleroy.
[00:42:44] Some of you don't even know who that guy is. Why don't you do a little Brian's over there going, huh? Who? Little odd Fauntleroy. Anyway, alcohol is going to ruin your sleep.
[00:43:01] Why?
[00:43:02] Number one, when you drink alcohol, the liver has to process the alcohol. So you're taxing the liver. The liver then has to work all night long.
[00:43:14] Synthesizing. Metabolizing is the right word. The alcohol.
[00:43:20] The alcohol will also dehydrate you.
[00:43:25] And when you are dehydrated, you're going to have a hard time sleeping. The brain needs water.
[00:43:33] You will also start to snore. Snoring is caused by the air going through the throat and this little tissue that begins to rub against each other. And if the tissue is dry, you snore. It's a sound if it's lubricated, either with a little spray oil, essential oil, or because you're hydrated. Then when the tissue rubs, there's no sound. You don't snore.
[00:44:01] So alcohol, if you drink alcohol, it's always going to adversely affect your sleep. So you want to drink alcohol as far away from the time you go to sleep as possible.
[00:44:14] Next, most people don't drink enough pure, real water.
[00:44:21] First off, let me define what water is I have in this cup. Some water.
[00:44:28] This happens to be Icelandic water.
[00:44:31] Spring water is the best. I will do a show on water. People are saying, what about reverse osmosis? What about the alkaline water? Well, what about Kangen water? What about distilled water? What about water filters? Okay, look, spring water is probably the best. It's as nature intended, Icelandic, Voss, Vulvic, Evian. There's probably a hundred of them that are pretty good. Lithia water is a great water.
[00:45:04] But when I say you don't drink enough water, it doesn't mean tea or coffee or water where you squeeze lemon in it or put crystal light in it.
[00:45:14] Water is water is water. There's nothing else in it. Once you put anything in the water, it's no longer water. So somebody says, well, I drink a lot of water. No, you drink tea, you drink coffee, you drink juice. That's not water.
[00:45:29] Water is water and nothing else in it. Very few people drink enough water. How much water should you drink?
[00:45:37] You're not going to believe what I'm about to tell you.
[00:45:40] About a gallon a day, based on body weight. So if you're about a 200 pound guy, about a 200 pound guy, about A gallon. If you're 130 pound woman, maybe half a gallon.
[00:45:55] You gotta drink water and you gotta drink it first thing in the morning as soon as you get up. Before you do anything else, drink 8 to 12 ounces of water. Nothing in it, just pure water because you gotta rehydrate from the evening.
[00:46:06] And ideally right before you go to bed, 8 to 12 ounces of water, so you're hydrated and you'll sleep really well. Some of you think, I'm going to get up all night and piss.
[00:46:16] Well, after about a week or two, your body will get adjusted and that won't happen. But the hydration is more important. So the reason why people don't have a good hard time sleeping is they don't drink enough water. Next, when you sleep, there are lights.
[00:46:34] If you want a good night's sleep, you have to have pitch dark blackness. And I have right here a couple examples of one I particularly use.
[00:46:46] So this is called a little mask. This is made of silk.
[00:46:53] And you put this on when you go to sleep, and now it's pitch black. There's another one if you want to spend some big money that looks like this.
[00:47:01] This one here comes from Tesla.
[00:47:05] I think it's Tesla Biohealth. Did you find the website for that, Trey? I think it's Tesla Biohealth. And they sell these. Tesla.
[00:47:16] This is infused with biophotons. So not only will it keep everything black, but it also biophotons your eyes and gets rid of wrinkles. It's a little pricey. This one is like 25 bucks or less. There it is. Tesla Biohealing. Biophoton. And I make nothing, by the way, if you buy this, I don't have any affiliate program. I don't get any commission, but that's what I use. So I have both of these, and I travel with them. When I travel, I always have them with me.
[00:47:49] Any lights that's going on, whether it's a little red light from a smoke detector, your cell phone, it's messing up your sleep. Next, where is your phone and is it on?
[00:48:03] I plug my phone in before I go to bed.
[00:48:06] Half of the time I shut the phone off, so the phone is 100% off.
[00:48:13] And I try to have the phone as far away from the bed as possible, ideally in another room, because that phone is still attracting the WI fi and it's intensifying what's already in your environment. So you don't want that.
[00:48:31] Next.
[00:48:33] Your brain is probably vibrating. And with deference to our Harvard professor. Yes? You're talking about me. You're talking about me. Yes, yes.
[00:48:48] The brain does deal with worry and thoughts, like you have a monkey mind. So what is the solution for that? There's two things, a few things. Number one is an amino acid called L theanine. L Theanine. And if you take L theanine during the day, it'll calm the brain down. And you can also take it about an hour before you go to bed. Next is Gaba G, A, B, B A. You can also take that throughout the day or about an hour before you go to bed. And it will calm the brain down. Next is ashwatanga, which is an herb. It'll also calm the brain down. Next is calcium and magnesium. And there's a product out there called Mag 8, which has the eight forms of magnesium, but you also need calcium. And there's a product called Cal Mag. It's a powder you can mix, and that works very well. And then there is Epsom salt, which is a form of magnesium. And you can. The one I have is Dead Sea Soak. Dead Sea Soak. It's Epsom salts from the Dead Sea. And you can throw that into a warm bath for 15 minutes or even 10 minutes. The magnesium will enter into your system and relax and calm everything down. Definitely promote great sleep. Next, throughout the day, clearly you want to limit caffeine.
[00:50:21] We get caffeine from sodas, you get caffeine from coffee and tea, but you also get caffeine from things like chocolate.
[00:50:30] So if you limit caffeine, that's also gonna calm the body down and help with sleep.
[00:50:37] If you're overweight, you're going to have a hard time sleeping because the air coming in and out just not going to work as well.
[00:50:46] Therefore, lose some weight by eating better and exercising, which leads you to exercise. If you exercise in a day, you will always sleep better. So if you do any type of exercise, whether it's resistance training or strength training, aerobic training, like biking, going for a jog, or anaerobic training, like an insanity program with a lot of ballistic movements and jumps where you get really, really intense for 30 seconds and then back off, like sprints, that type of thing. That is very effective as well.
[00:51:21] Next, breathing. If you want to sleep better, ideally you want to breathe. And I've taught breathing on this show where you. Your breathing should be in and out through the nose only throughout the day. Ideally, you catch yourself once, twice, 10 times, 20 times. The more often, the better. And you just stop for a moment, you relax your face, you relax your stomach, you breathe in and out through the nose. Only you put your attention 2 inches below your belly button.
[00:51:54] You inhale through the nose and allow the stomach to go out a little bit. And you exhale through the nose and the stomach goes in a little bit. Because when you breathe, you want to breathe fully from the diaphragm and you do about five breaths. So it's, that's one breath.
[00:52:14] So it takes about 30 seconds. You do about five breaths. You do that as often as you can throughout the day. That's going to reset the whole central nervous system. You'll sleep much better at night.
[00:52:25] Next. Another reason you're not sleeping good at night is most people have their bedroom too hot. In the old days, everyone opened up a bedroom window. Didn't make a difference. It was the middle of the winter because you wanted fresh air coming in and you wanted cold air, which is why you had a night cap. That's why you wear night clothes and that's why you had a lot of blankets, because you wanted to be under there, but you wanted the air that you were breathing and in the room cold.
[00:52:59] This is going to stimulate sleep. You see if you have it cold and if you have one of the eye masks on where it's completely dark during the night, you will release melatonin and that's going to help you sleep. Otherwise you're not going to release a lot of melatonin.
[00:53:15] Next, the sheets that you're sleeping on, well, they're being washed in something, right? So they're being washed in poisoned water with fluoride and chlorine. And you're using soap, which is probably toxic. So you're inhaling all this stuff and it's getting into your skin. It's having an adverse effect on your sleep. I've had people just do one thing.
[00:53:37] Take your sheets, get a whole house water filtration system. Change the soap to an organic scent free soap. No chemicals or dyes in the sheets because it's white sheets. No chemicals or dyes in the sheets, organic sheets. And no chemicals or perfumes or scents in the soap or in the softener, the fabric softener or the dryer sheets.
[00:54:04] Stop using the ones oh, lavender, fresh spring. These are chemicals and you're breathing them all light. It's screwing up your sleep. So if you have an organic mattress without chemicals, if you have sheets that are organic and white with no dyes in them, and if you wash them in pure water with soap with no scents, organic soap, you can even just get tide. No scent soap that's hypoallergenic. That's close enough. If you're going to use a fabric towel, make sure it's no scent hyperallergenic. If you're going to use a softener, downy hyperallergenic no scent softener. If you want to use that stuff that way, it's not because otherwise it's affecting your sleep. It's absolutely affecting your sleep.
[00:54:59] Next, in your bedroom you should have some living plants. If you have living plants in your bedroom, it's going to throw out oxygen, it's going to stimulate the air and it's going to help you sleep better.
[00:55:12] Next, you can take some sleep aids like melatonin.
[00:55:16] Quantum Labs, Bob Marshall's company has a liquid fermented melatonin. I think it's the best one. So you take a little half a dropper in your mouth, take a little water, and now it's releasing melatonin. It's going to help you sleep. Deer antler velvet, also that comes in a spray.
[00:55:35] I think that's offered in the Global Information Network store. There's different brands. There's a liquid one you put under with a dropper. There's a couple spray options and Bob Marshall's company has one in a capsule that will stimulate human growth hormone.
[00:55:51] If you do want a smell in the room, you can take a drop of an essential oil called lavender. Just put a drop your wrist and then rub it. And then you have a little bit of lavender soap and that'll calm the system down. And then there are all natural sleep aids that have things like lemon balm, valeriana root, which is where Valium comes from, but it's the root, so it's not the drug and other type of sleep natural minerals or herbs that can calm the system down and help you go into sleep.
[00:56:25] One last thing is ideally you want to be asleep by around 10 to 10:30 at night and you want to wake up around 6.
[00:56:37] Why? Because the human body only releases human growth hormone between midnight and 2am so you need to be in deep sleep between midnight and 2am for for HGH or human growth hormone to be secreted and released into your system. And if it is, your body heals quicker. You don't get wrinkles that much.
[00:57:02] People are always looking for a youth elixir. What is the fountain of youth? How can I stop my wrinkles? How can I get my skin tighter? How can I maintain my youth? The answer is be in deep sleep between midnight and 2am so that the body naturally releases human growth hormone. And if it does, it's the elixir of youth. Why? Because if you inject human growth hormone, it creates youth, it makes you younger. The problem is your body then stops producing it. And because you're injecting a synthetic HGH through sub Q with subcutanesis in the fat, it's not assimilating into the body as nature intended, then you start to break down even quicker. So unless you're 80 years old, don't be taking injections of HGH. You can take peptides, which are the precursors, or deer lantern velvet, which will stimulate the body's production of the right hormones and HGH. But don't be taking injections of HGH unless you're 70 or 80. And at that point, doesn't make a difference because you only have a, you know, 15, 20, 30 years left to go and you're going to be okay. So there's a. There's a lot to unpack here. I know. Including. I didn't mention the pillow. Most of you had toxic pillows. If you open up the pillow and see what's in there, it's like this petrochemical crap. I use a pillow that has either 100% goose down. I prefer that over goose down and goose feathers. I like the goose down. But Tesla biohealing has a pillow that I'm testing as well with the biophotons, and I find that to be very, very good. I don't think it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever had, but I've adapted to it after about a week of using it. And that with the. With the biophoton eye mask, I love it. So, I mean, that's what I'm doing at the present time still always researching and checking things out. So I can just tell you this.
[00:58:58] You're missing out. If you're not sleeping like I'm sleeping, you are missing out. But you can. You can get there little by little. Remember, I gave you a lot of stuff here, but how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. So go slow. Do one little thing at a time. Just know with a positive attitude that your sleep can and will improve one step at a time. I hope this was helpful. Hope you enjoyed the show. Thank you again for all of your love and support. Going to be an exciting week here in America. Thursday is Thanksgiving and it is a week of Thanksgiving. I could not be more thankful or grateful. And I found that the check that I have to write being on Friday would have been Thursday, but Thursday is the holiday, so I actually have to write the check on Thursday, but because it's the holiday, I have to write it on Friday. I found that unbelievable, serendipitous or coincidental, but it's also very auspicious. Look up that word. Auspicious.
[01:00:08] That that was the date that I have to write the check. Auspicious. Is the word of the day, the secret word. I'm Kevin Trudeau. Thanks for joining me. We'll see you on Wednesday. Much love, everybody. Bye.
