[00:00:46] Hey, Kevin Trudeau here. The Kevin Trudeau Show. Limitless. Glad to have you. That was the wrong intro, I think. I think that was the little error on the intro. Well, today we're not talking about what I just mentioned. If you got the promos we've been sending out, if you're on our email list, today is the miracle of juice fasting. I'm going to be sharing with you one of the greatest health secrets of all time for longevity, youthfulness, energy, weight loss, and being able to be disease free, completely dynamically healthy. There is a secret, and it's juice fasting. So buckle up and I'll tell you what. This is going to be something you can do at the start of the year as a reset in January or anytime, any time of the year. You can do this. You can do it more than once. I'm going to give you the whole details. I learned this back in the 80s. You know, I wrote the book Natural Cures They Don't Want yout to Know about, which is the number one best selling health book of all time, over 50 million copies sold. It was number one on the New York Times best selling list 26 weeks in a row the year that it came out. And it was the best selling book in all of America in hardcover the year it came out. [00:02:12] I discussed in that book ways, natural ways that you can cure and prevent disease without drugs and surgery. And of course, the drug companies and the government and everybody went ballistic because I was kind of pulling back the curtain, exposing the great Oz for the fraud that he is. And the great Oz is the drug companies and of course, the government, governments around the world. In America, we have the Food and Drug Administration, but there's similar organizations all around the world, and they work in cahoots with the drug companies simply to increase profits. Now it's in the news with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Kind of in the lead of the Health and Human Services Department of the United States government. I've had him on my show and what he says and what thousands of other medical doctors, surgeons, top researchers, PhDs, as well as hundreds of thousands of health care providers, licensed health care providers have been saying, and tens of millions of patients, they've been saying the same thing, that there are natural, non drug and non surgical ways to cure and prevent disease, and that the drugs themselves, in most cases cause more damage than the diseases they're being used to cure or treat or suppress the symptoms of. But there is a universal, ancient method of health, vibrancy and longevity, which is something you should kind of have in your toolbox to use. It can make you feel better, sleep better, have better cognitive function, your brain will work better, you'll be happier, you won't be depressed, you'll have a nice flat stomach. Would you like a nice flat stomach? You'll have incredible amounts of energy and vitality. Strength will go up. [00:04:11] The benefits are amazing. [00:04:14] And the health miracles that happen when you do this protocol fasting, if you do it the right way, are awesome and unbelievable. So we'll rewind back in the 1980s, and if you read my book Natural Cures, the first chapter is, I should be dead by now. I thought I had a heart attack. I was rushed to the hospitals, I had all my heart checked out. I was in my early 20s and I was diagnosed with a deformed heart. I was born with a deformed heart and they said it was very severely deformed and I shouldn't be alive, number one. And I'm not going to live very long, number two. Well, that was in the 80s, long time ago. And I'm still kicking and in pretty good, darn good shape. And now I've looked at my heart multiple times. I've had Harvard cardiologists review my heart and all the tests and they say, you're fantastic, perfectly fine. It was miraculously healed. And I talk about some of the things I did in the book Natural Cures, but there's one thing that I did to kind of get the baseline of health. And I've been doing this practice almost every single year since the 80s, no matter where I was it in the world. I've gone to places and I've done fasting and I'm going to explain the protocol. I've done it at home, on my own and so forth. Well, back in the 80s, I was studying natural health and I started researching. You didn't have Amazon, you didn't have the Internet, so you had to make phone calls and go and travel and Meet healthcare providers who were underground because they were afraid of being prosecuted because they were doing a heinous, heinous, heinous criminal act. These healthcare providers all around the world are all committing crimes. And you know what the crime is? They were curing people without drugs and surgery. I don't know if you know that, but that's a crime in most countries. If you actually cure someone of cancer, if you cure somebody of diabetes, or if you cure somebody of herpes and you don't use drugs in surgery, you've committed a crime. In America, the Food and Drug Administration has a regulation, and the regulation states very clearly only a drug can be used to treat, prevent, or cure a disease. [00:06:36] So if you're treating, preventing, or curing a disease without a drug or an approved medical device, you're committing a federal crime and you go to prison. And there are many doctors who are in prisons around the world because the crime that they committed was a cured disease or treated disease or prevented disease without drugs and surgery. It's all about keeping the profits with the drug companies. Well, when I started researching and investigating and traveling around the world, finding these health care providers that were committing these heinous crimes, they were curing disease without drugs and surgery. I was questioning them. What protocols do you use? How does it work? How does the body function? Now, I never went to medical school. I'm not a medical doctor. [00:07:27] But as a researcher, or at the time, you could call me a journalist or a researcher or an investigative reporter, you know, those guys get a lot of data. If they're smart, they can really ask the right questions and dig deep and find answers that some of the people that went to school for these things, they just don't know. [00:07:53] So I researched natural ways to cure and prevent disease. And one of the things that kept coming up was fasting. And this didn't make any sense to me. It's like fasting. What does that mean? It means you don't eat. You just drink water. That's a fast. I mean, read in the Bible, Jesus fasted for like 30 days in the desert. Are you saying that he didn't eat anything? All he drank was water. That's a fast. What's the definition of fasting? And I started realizing that the word fasting has different definitions. When you say, I am fasting, some people are still eating food. Some people are just putting everything in a blender and blending it up. And then they're drinking food in a blender and they say, I'm fasting. Well, you're not fasting. You're eating. Eating liquid food. You can't take a bunch of vegetables, throw it in a blender and say, oh, I'm not chewing, therefore I'm fasting. No, you're eating. You're just eating liquid food. That's not a fast. A fast is you don't eat anything. And a true fast is all you do is drink pure water, pure spring or filtered water. You drink water, like a gallon of water a day, and you put nothing else in your body. That's a fast. As a matter of fact, you don't even put on any makeup. You don't put on any lotions on the skin because whatever you put on the skin absorbs into the body. [00:09:28] So you don't put any lotions on. You don't put anything on your skin. [00:09:32] You don't drink coffee or tea. You don't squeeze lemon in the water. You just drink pure water and eat nothing. And that's a water fast or a pure fast. But as I was researching this, I found that there are some little modifications to a water fast that actually create bigger miracles faster. [00:09:57] Dr. Pavro Arola wrote a book back in the 70s called the Miracle to Juice Fasting. I don't think you can even find the book today. And I got that book and I read that book and it was awesome because the book was filled with real life true stories of people that had everything from arthritis, back pain, bursitis, gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, brain fog, severe depression, eczema, dandruff, acne, bad breath, mood swings, erectile dysfunction. People couldn't sleep, people had no energy. They had gas and bloating, and they had kind of a fat stomach. They had massive food cravings. [00:10:58] They were always hungry. They had massive cravings for certain kinds of food, whether it was alcohol or sugar, sugar or dairy products or bread. They had these specific cravings, M&Ms. Ice cream, different types of food cravings that were driving them insane and kind of crazy. Cravings for chocolate. [00:11:22] All these health issues that people had. And when they went through this juice fast protocol, the response and the results were just almost like you couldn't write this in a Hollywood movie. People were getting cured. Miracle, miracle, miracle. You know, it's like the blind see and the lame walk. It was like, this is. This can't be real. [00:11:46] Well, there was a place back then, actually, it was a magazine. They didn't have the Internet and it was called Spa Finders. [00:11:54] You had to get this magazine and it was pretty thick. And this company went around the world and went to these various health resorts or spas or meditation centers or weight loss centers or exercise centers where people would go to for three days, five days, seven days and sometimes 30 days. And there were many of them around the world. Some of them were health oriented, some of them were for weight loss, some of them were for medical issues. Some of them were strictly for rest and relaxation. Other places were beauty oriented. You'd go there and you'd get a lot of facial treatments and facial, you know, different types of things on your face and red light therapy and magnet therapy, things to improve your looks or youth and longevity. Some of them were anti aging clinics, some of them were exercise facilities where you're designed to get into great shape. Some of them were more yoga based and meditation based, mindfulness based. And this book was phenomenal. So I started researching this and I found a place in Key West, Florida. It's no longer there, but it was back in the 80s. It was called the Russell House. Enid Bandler was the director, Key West Florida. And guess what they did? They did one thing, fasting. [00:13:21] And guess what kind of fast they did. They said, we use the Dr. Pavro Arola juice fasting protocol and you can come for as long as you want, up to 30 days. And I thought, 30 days? Who's going to do a 30 day fast and not eat? [00:13:42] Some people went there for three days, some people went for five or seven, 10 days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 days. [00:13:51] So I thought, you know, I want to test this out. So I called and I said, what's a good fast? Is it three days or what's a good fast? He goes, well, a three day fast is great, fantastic. Especially if you've never fasted before. Most people come five to seven days because they'll lose 10 to 15 pounds. And it will, it really kicks in. The benefits of the fast really don't start kicking in until the third or fourth day. That's when it starts to kick in. Day one of the fast, day two of the fast, day three of the fast, the body's figuring out what's happening. Then starting on the fourth day, that's when the benefits really start kicking in. And toxins and poisons and all diseased tissue starts to be eliminated from your body. And that's when the miracles start. So ideally, yeah, you can get a flat stomach in three days, but if you want health benefits, you gotta be there at least five. We recommend at least seven. 10 is better. 14 is even better. 21 is kind of the magic number. And I said, okay, I'll book three weeks. I'll do 21 days. They said, okay, great. So I went down to the Russell house in Key west, Florida, and I was very nervous about this fast. [00:15:11] So I read the book and they said, you know, you have to do what's called a pre fast, which means two or three days before you start the fast. You don't want to have any meat, you don't want to have any protein. You just want to have fruits and vegetables. And you want the fruits, things like cantaloupe and honeydew melon. Watermelon is better. Softer fruits, papaya, mango. So have fruits. You can have berries, but ideally the those are the ones we recommend because berries sometimes have seeds can get into the colon. So ideally you want to have cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew melon, papaya, or mango. Just stick with that for fruit. And if you do have vegetables, steam them so they're very, very soft. That way your body gets kind of adjusted and starts working and do that at least one day, ideally three days before the fast. [00:16:15] So I'm like, okay, you know, when am I going to start the pre fast? I'm already nervous starting the pre fast. I'm already not excited. It's like I'm going to struggle. I thought I'm going to struggle during the pre fast, let alone the fast. So of course I'm eating my pasta and my pizza before I start my pre fast. I'm going to get a steak and then it's like, okay, I'll do three days of pre fasting and then I'll fly down and do the fast. So I do three days at home. And it was for me, a struggle. She said, you can eat as much as you want. So I'm like, I gotta get lots of fruit in and I'm probably gonna be hungry. I'm really nervous. So I got a blender, I got broccoli, I got cauliflower, I got asparagus, and I steam it all up, you know, one vegetable at a time. I didn't mix them together. I throw it in the blender and blend it all up, Add a little garlic powder, a little onion powder to get a little taste, and I'm eating that. And then at another meal, she said, make sure if you're going to have your vegetables, don't have your fruit. Have the fruit alone. Don't have them at the same time at the vegetables. So I had the vegetable a Couple hours later, I'd have a big bowl of the fruit. Couple hours later, some more vegetables. Couple hours later, some more fruit. Because I'm nervous. I'm thinking I'm going to get hungry. So I'm trying to pound as much as I can in day one, day two, day three, and then day four, I hop on a plane and go down to Key west and I get to Key west and they go, great. And I'm starting my fast now, the juice fast. I'm going to give you the entire protocol right here. And next year I'll probably have a book out called the Miracle of Juice Fasting. Probably the name of the book. It'll explain this in great detail, but you can take notes. You can watch this again because after this show is up, it'll be up on our YouTube channel and rumble channel and Spotify and so forth. So you can write down the protocol. So first part is to do the pre fast for ideally three days at least one day, as I mentioned. Then you start the fast. Now it's a juice fast, but not really. [00:18:27] So let's talk about juice. [00:18:29] There are a lot of companies out there that sell bottled juice fasts. And listen, doing any type of fast is better than not doing any. [00:18:39] So you can do that. But I'm going to give you the ideal scene. When I went down there, I was educated on juice machines. [00:18:48] There are two basic kinds of juice machines. One's called a centrifugal force juice machine, the juice man, juice lady, and there's a whole bunch of others. Breville. A lot of companies make a centrifugal force juice machine. So when you put something in the top, in the bottom, there's a blade that's spinning very, very, very fast and it creates some heat and friction and it squeezes the juice so the pulp goes out. You don't consume that and just pure juice comes out. [00:19:22] A juice machine is different than, let's say a high speed blender like a Ninja blender or a Vitamix, because a Vitamix is going to liquefy everything. But you still have the fiber and you don't want that. You want pure juice without the fiber, even though it would have been liquefied in some of those high speed blenders. So you do want a pure juice machine for simplicity and ease and for space. The centrifugal force juice machines are good, but the downside is they do create some heat and friction and so some of the enzymes may get damaged. So the fanatics say, don't use that Use what's called a press or gear juice machine, like the big green machine, or a champion juicer. And these are much bigger. [00:20:17] And when you put the item in the top, there's gears that go slow, and it squeezes the juice still, it kicks the pulp out one side, and the juice comes out. So there's this pressure, as opposed to speed and heat and friction that's making the juice. It's a better juice, clearly. So at this facility, they used a champion juicer, which they said there's other brands that are fine too, but that's the one that they used. [00:20:47] And so the protocol was you wake up in the morning and you have your first juice. [00:20:54] The juice is 4 ounces of juice, and the morning juice is either cantaloupe alone or watermelon alone or honeydew alone. Those are the three juices. And so every day it'd be a different juice. So the first day was cantaloupe, Next was watermelon, next was honeydew. Then it would go back to cantaloupe. So that's the morning, just the juice, 4 ounces, and then you mix another 4 to 8 ounces of water, and they would give it to you, and you would sip it. And they said, sip it over about 15 minutes. Don't pound it down, because you want your body to slowly start to get the sugars in the juice in the system. [00:21:43] So you drink that. Okay. [00:21:46] Lunchtime, lunch, not much lunch, but lunchtime, lunchtime, guess what you get exactly the same, but now it changes a little bit. So I got honeydew on the first day, watermelon on the second day, cantaloupe on the next day. Then the next day, it was a combination of apple, celery, parsley, kale, and spinach. [00:22:20] And that was the next juice. And then the next day it was apple, beet, celery, and that was the next day. Then it would go back and it would just repeat. So this way it's kind of rotating around, and again, only 4 ounces mixed with 4 to 8 ounces of water. [00:22:41] And then it takes 15 minutes to sip. [00:22:44] Then for dinner, oh, dinner was a joy. We had a carrot, apple, celery, kale, spinach. That was one day. Another day was carrot, apple, tomato, celery, kale. Because in the evening you get that carrot. That's the extra thing, because they want some additional minerals in there, and that would rotate. [00:23:16] So the dinner was pretty much the same. It was three different ones. Sometimes they put a little tomato in one of them. So one Day had a little tomato base as well. [00:23:25] And that was your dinner again. Four ounces of juice, another four to eight ounces of water. Now, when I say four to eight ounces, what's the difference? Well, they looked at the person sometimes. There was a gal there, five foot one, and she didn't weigh a lot. So they put four ounces of water. A big guy like me, they'd put eight ounces of water. And it was just personal preference, no big deal. If I were to tell you what to do, I would say put 4 ounces of juice, 8 ounces of water, and that's your drink. Stick with that. [00:23:59] So that was the juice. But there were some other things that you had to do every day as well as part of the fast. And then I'm going to tell you what happens to your body number one in the day. And you could schedule this out however you wanted. We were required to go into an infrared sauna. And we go into an infrared sauna for as long as we could, up to an hour. [00:24:24] Now, when I was first starting off, I'd go into this. It would get a little hot for me. So after about 20 minutes, I would go out, get about five minutes in the cooler air, then go back in, and I would go in and out for about an hour. The infrared sauna is going to penetrate the skin and pull toxins out and allow toxins to come out through the skin. So that way, as you're detoxifying while you're doing the fast, you don't feel bad, but instead your energy goes up and you feel better. It actually gives you a feeling of elation. It also knocks out your appetite. [00:24:57] The other thing we did throughout the day, and they said, again, you're on your own. Here are the things that we want you to check off and do however you schedule it. They had a hot tub, and the hot tub didn't have chlorine in it. It was pumped with oxygen and ozone. So we went into a hot tub and. And they said, go into the hot tub for about an hour a day. And again, if you can't stay in the hot tub, they kept it around 98 to 100 degrees. Wasn't too hot, but if you can't stay in there, then, you know, step out a little bit, then go back in, and so forth. The reason you did the hot tub is the heat kept your metabolism high and kind of tricked the body so that the metabolic rate doesn't just fall off while you're fasting. [00:25:41] So we went into the hot tub. It also promotes additional sweating so that more toxins come out, because the fast is going to majorly detoxify your body. What that means is poisons that have accumulated in the fat tissue and in the intestine are going to start pouring out, and it could make you feel a little bit off. [00:26:06] But if you do the infrared sauna and the hot tub, the toxins are allowed to come out through the skin quicker and faster. Therefore, you're detoxifying and getting those poisons out of your system. You're going to feel better. [00:26:20] Next, we had to get a massage every day, and they offered two kinds of massage. A Swedish massage with long strokes and a Thai massage. Both were good. They recommended to do one day and another one the next day. But they said, if you want to do all Thai, that's fine, or all Swedish, that's fine, or whatever your preference is. This is going to stimulate the lymphatic system and move toxins out faster. [00:26:47] Next, we had a rebounder, which is a mini trampoline, and we were told to get on that at least once a day for about five minutes and do some gentle rebounding. This stimulates the lymphatic system. It squeezes all the cells so that toxins are moving out of the system and you're detoxifying. [00:27:07] Next, we were told to ideally do an hour gentle yoga class. [00:27:14] Some people who had practiced yoga, they could go a little harder, but you go at your own pace. And this is some basic stretching. The stretching is critical as well. It keeps the heart rate going up a little bit, keeps your metabolism going. It opens up the qi energy channel so that energy flows through the body, helps detox, detoxify the organs. [00:27:37] When you do yoga, asanas or postures properly, they squeeze the liver, they squeeze the kidneys, they squeeze the spleen, they squeeze the intestine, they're squeezing the various organs in the body. And the squeezing is helping detoxify and oxygenate those organs. So it's not for exercise or muscle stimulation. It's really to strengthen and exercise and detoxify the organs, which is why we did yoga asanas, or stretching, but yoga style. And the various asanas, it was very lovely. And you go at your own pace. If you're a little tired one day, you do a little less, but you still do some of it, and it helps detoxify. Next, they had a shower with two little rings. You pull, and one was hot water and then the other one. Then as soon as you, when you pulled it, the hot water came down like A like a rain shower. It was round at the top and the water would pour down. So you pulled this and hot water came, and then you let it go. The water instantly shut off and you pulled the other one and ice cold water came and you did hot and cold showers back and forth for about five minutes or longer. If you could do 10 minutes, that's even better. This stimulates the certain organs like the hypothalamus, the thyroid, to release T3, T4 thyroid, stimulate hormone production, stimulate detoxifying, increase endorphin release, so that you feel elated and full of energy. It also stimulated detox. Everything, if you notice, helps stimulate the detox. So we did the hot and cold showers next. Throughout the day, we could drink as much water as we wanted, but we were told we should drink close to 1 gallon of water per day because this has helped the toxins get flushed out through the urine. So you wanted to drink pure water. What kind of water? They said for the first week you could drink steam distilled water because that is leaching. It pulls out and draws out minerals. But only for one week. Then you have to go and drink pure still spring water. Or they had reverse osmosis filtered water. Those were the two options. Nothing in the water, just pure water for the first week, steam distilled, then after that, spring water, or reverse osmosis filtered water, about a gallon a day, you could drink some tea. [00:30:17] And the teas were chamomile tea, mint tea, none with it. There was no caffeine, chamomile tea, mint tea, and they had a couple other kinds of herbal teas as well. But they were herbal teas, not black tea, not yerba mate tea, which has some caffeine in it. They were herbal teas. But they told you that if you drank the tea that didn't count toward your one gallon of water. It was very interesting. [00:30:48] Next, they did want you to drink two cups, two different times of corn silk tea. And so they had corn silk there that you could throw in some hot water, let it steep for five minutes, and then you can drink that. Oh, one of the other teas was ginger tea. And that was very stimulatory, so that was very good too. So you did have to drink also 2 cups of corn silk tea because that acts as a gentle, very gentle diuretic to make sure that you're flushing out toxins properly. [00:31:24] Easy enough. There was one other cool thing they had. They said you want to drink at least 8 ounces of potato water. They took potatoes raw Potatoes, Peeled them, chopped them up into cubes, put it in a big pitcher of distilled water, and they kept it there overnight, room temperature, not in the refrigerator. Overnight, they covered it. Then the next day they would bring it out and we had to drink at least 8 ounces, 18 ounce glass of that per day. That would give us potassium. So that way we didn't have a reduction in our potassium levels, our electrolytes. So that was what they called it. They didn't call it potato water, they called it potassium water. But it was with potatoes. [00:32:13] That was our routine. We also, every morning they had a walk that we could go on. And you could go for a walk if you wanted to. Although when we were at the Russell house, we were really close to the main street where all the restaurants were. So I went off on a walk on my own and I almost wanted to kill myself because all the smells of all the restaurants and all the food as I was walking was just brutal. [00:32:40] So she said, yeah, that's why we go for a walk together. So everybody kind of pulls for one another as they're walking. And they tried to stay away from that street, but it was impossible. When you left the facility, you had to go right by the darn street. And then they kind of took us on the beach or in some other areas. But a walk is very important to go to as well. Ideally it was, in our case it was an hour a day of walking, which is what we did. They also offered as something you could pay for extra, not required acupuncture. So you could get acupuncture and that would help improve the Qi flow. So if somebody was dealing with some pain issues regarding to their health, and there were a lot of people there that were trying to get their health condition cured, and they were fasting, so they were doing acupuncture. There were cancer people there that were trying to cure their cancer. [00:33:35] And the director was very clear, look, we're not here to cure cancer or cure breast cancer or pancreatic cancer or prostate cancer. We're not here to cure ulcers. We're not here to cure any type of illness and disease. But if that happens to go away when you get home, you know, that's a good thing. But they weren't treating that. It was, you know, for a lot of people, these type of miracles happened. And they happened so many times. [00:34:02] I continued the research afterwards with the patients that went, and they weren't patients because it's not a medical facility, but the people that went and I would find out, why are you here? What are you trying to achieve? Why are you coming? And there were some models there that said, hey, listen, I got a photo shoot next week and I'm just going here so I can, you know, trim down. I'm going to be in a bikini. I want to make sure my stomach is nice and flat and I look good for my photo shoot. So they went there for three or four days, not for a health issue. But people there were looking to either kickstart their weight loss, cleanse out, get rid of sluggishness, depression. They had chronic pain, fibromyalgia, or skin issues that they were dealing with from eczema and psoriasis and dandruff, acne, they had wrinkles, they wanted to get rid of saggy skin and all these different things. [00:34:52] Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, poor circulation. [00:34:59] You know, they didn't call it restless leg syndrome back then, but you had that issue. You had issue with people with poor sleep, sexual dysfunction, erectile dysfunction, all types of issues. A lot of people went because they had these food cravings and they couldn't stay on a diet. They were being out of their mind because they had all these physiologically induced cravings for certain food. So people had candida yeast overgrowth that they didn't aware of yeast infections. So a lot of people went for different reasons. [00:35:30] But again, the clinic didn't heal. It wasn't treating it. It was saying, listen, we're just doing fasting and if something good happens to your health, that's fine. But we're not promoting ourselves as a health healing place. It's a fast, it's a cleanse, and it's a spiritual retreat. So people come and do some introspection. During the fast, you reach very high levels of spiritual awakening and awareness that happens. [00:36:00] So that was our daily routine. [00:36:05] And once you kind of learned it all and everything was available there, it was relatively easy. [00:36:13] Except that for the first couple, two or three days, I kind of was hungry and I really missed eating food. [00:36:23] But one of the things that they had, which was brilliant, was in your room they had a testimonial book. And this book, have it on your bed when you go back to your room. And it was designed to motivate you. And as you read the stories, sometimes two or three pages a person would write, either right after they left or sometimes several months after they left, telling the story of how the person's health and life has completely changed. It would motivate and inspire you. So I'd Read these stories of people that had spiritual experiences, tapping into the ether, tapping into the oneness, feeling blissful beyond belief. How they would be hungry, and all of a sudden, one day it stopped. And they were never hungry for the rest of the 21 day fast. And they just didn't even think about food. And when they went back, food became a completely different situation in their life. They were no longer controlled by eating and controlled by food. Food was something that they would eat in order to live, as opposed to living life just to eat. [00:37:42] Most people live to eat instead of eating to live. [00:37:49] The health miracles that were in this book from real people was just motivating and inspiring. Cysts and tumors vanished. Prostate cancer vanished. Cancer in remission. High blood pressure completely normalized. Diabetes completely normalized. People's sight got better. Hair, skin and nails became incredibly vibrant. There was one particular one where the woman, her nails were so brittle and her hair was just falling out. She had alopecia. And afterwards her nails got super strong. She could then get a manicure and not have any problems with her nails. Her hair stopped falling out and got thicker and darker in color. Her skin tightened up and wrinkles went away. People saw the before and after photos and said, you went and got cosmetic surgery. You must have got a facelift. People kept on saying, you got a facelift. That's where you went. You went and got a facelift. And she kept on saying, no, I did not get a facelift. People's stomach got flat and they said, they have no more gas and no more bloating. It was just one miracle after the other. The most common thing was energy levels skyrocketed, and people's optimism and confidence and feelings of joy and bliss and happiness shot up. It seemed that depression and sadness just vanished just by doing the fast. [00:39:23] So as I went through this, the first couple days, I was hungry and I committed to be there for 21 days. And I went into the hot tub and there was a guy there. He was a skinny guy, which annoyed me, but he was a skinny guy and he was in the hot tub and he had one of these Speedo bathing suits on. And, you know, I had these big, baggy boxer bathing suit on, and he was super tanned, and I was like, white as a ghost. So I went into the hot tub and I'm kind of grumpy, I'm hungry. It's only like my third day or something. I want to eat. And I'm like, I don't know if I can handle this. So we get in there and he's just sitting there. And there was a woman sitting there too. And I said to the guy, says, how long you been here? He says, oh, today's day 22. [00:40:16] I said, you've been here 22 days? He says, yeah. He says, I'm doing 30. [00:40:22] Tell me about your experience. [00:40:25] And he says, well, the first three days I was hungry, I was tired, I was grumpy. And then day four, it just stopped. The hunger just stopped. And all of a sudden my energy levels just went up. I have zero interest in eating. And he said, I meditate now. And it's completely different. It's unbelievable. On and on and on. Really motivated me. [00:40:48] Now, there's one other thing that was a requirement to do during the fast. And whether you do the fast at home or whether you do it at home or at a facility, this is required. You have to every day, every day get one colonic. [00:41:08] Now what a colonic is, sometimes it's called a high enema, different than an enema. All right, so I'm going to get a little graphic here. An enema. There's what's called an enema bag, matter of fact. Trey, can you see if you can find a picture of an enema bag? [00:41:24] They sell disposable enema bags. Sometimes it's called hot water bottles, but there's an enema bag and they're plastic. You fill the enema bag with water. You then, okay, there's an enema bag. It looks like a hot water bottle. Now, that one isn't a. That is not a disposable one. But maybe you can find a picture of a disposable one in a minute. But let me describe what everyone's seeing here. The enema bag gets filled with water. That little S shaped metal thing gets put on the top of a door. You hang the enema bag up, filled with water. You then put the tube into the enema bag. You lie down on the floor, usually on a carpet or towel or something, and you insert the tube into your rectum and then you release the valve and the water flows into your rectum. And you would be amazed of how much water can flow into the rectum when all the water is flowed into the rectum. You remove the tube from your rectum. You get up, you hold it for as long as you can, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour. Then you sit in the toilet and you release and the water clears out the rectum. It's called a high enema or an enema. A high enema is a Little different than an enema because it goes higher than just a regular enema. And it lasts around 45 minutes to an hour and a half. [00:42:52] Sometimes they call colonics. And there's two types of systems. One's called an open system, and one's called a closed system. First, let me show you the open system. Can you show a picture of the open system tray? If you go online and just punch in open system colonic, there are four or five different brands. You go to a. A person, and this is what the room looks like. They tell you how to use it. You basically take your clothes off and lie down. You take a tube, put it into your rectum, and you cover yourself up. And then you turn it on. And the water simply just goes into the rectum. It's coming in via gravity. And because of this setup, you're releasing nonstop. And it just flushes down. And you see through a tube all this stuff that's coming out of your body. Is there another picture you got there of the. Yeah. So this is what you look like when you're actually getting the colonic using an open system. It's very relaxed. You're by yourself. There's nobody there. You can use your cell phone. You can listen to music. You can just relax. And if you turn to the left, in this particular case, there's a tube. So you can see the stuff coming out of you, and you cannot believe what comes out of you. Black things that look like inner tubes of tires come out. [00:44:12] That's the system that I recommend. It's an hour to an hour and a half, depending on where you go. But you have to get one every day. The second System takes about 45 minutes, and it's called the closed system. Can we show that one? So a closed system looks like this. And you're lying down on the table, and there's a colon therapist who's there. And she takes the tube and she puts it into your rectum, or you insert it yourself. And then. And she turns a valve and puts water in and then turns it and then lets the water come out. And it goes back and forth. And she'll use some warm water, some colder water. She'll massage your stomach to help release things that are blocking the colon. [00:44:56] This gets detoxins out. You can see through the middle tube there, all the stuff that's coming out. Now, the facility I went to first, they used this system. Since then, I've been to places that use the open system, and I prefer the open system. Much better, thanks. That's good for that. But I'll tell you what happened. So the first day, I get into the colon room, and the therapist there, I'm very nervous. I've never done this before. I'm kind of embarrassed. She's putting something up my rectum, and I'm like, you know, I gotta kind of get used to this. But she's a professional, and I'm here for health benefits. And she goes, yeah, just look at this tube. You're gonna see the stuff come out. And she says, the darker it is means the longer it's been there. And you can see if it's hard like a rock or if it's soft. If it's hard like a rock, it's been there a long, long time. And it would never come out because you'd never passed it in the toilet. But when you get these toxins out, you're gonna feel better. The body then could absorb nutrients better into the colon, and your whole life is going to miraculously change. Your health is going to just skyrocket. So I'm there for the first day and stuff comes out. And I'm thinking, okay, I'm clean now, I'm not eating. So when I go the second day, I don't know why I need two of them. But they said you have to have one every day. But I'm confused because I saw so much stuff come out the first day. Clearly, I'm not putting anything in. I'm fasting. [00:46:23] So on the second day, there shouldn't be anything there. So I go in the second day and just as much, as a matter of fact, more stuff came out the second day and darker things. [00:46:34] And I said, I'm confused. I haven't eaten in 24 hours. And we did one of these yesterday. Where is this stuff coming from? She goes, this is stuff that's still in your colon. It's impacted. She goes, it's going to take a while to get all the old stuff out. [00:46:53] And for 45 minutes, stuff is just going through this tube. And I am amazed. The third day, I'm thinking, I feel clean. [00:47:04] I go in, I get the colonic, and dark, dark, black, black. This big, long black thing looked like a black inner tube is floating by. She goes, oh, that completely impacted your colon. She goes, if you were to touch that with a stick, it'd feel like hard rubber. [00:47:22] She goes, that's preventing nutrients from being absorbed into your system. And this is why you're always hungry, because your body's not absorbing nutrients from the food. So your body Says, feed me more, feed me more, feed me more. He goes, kevin, when you go through this, you're going to realize your appetite's going to radically change, completely change, and your appetite, energy levels are going to skyrocket. And when you eat some food, instead of getting tired and lethargic, your body's actually going to assimilate the nutrients in the food and it's going to be like you just got a jolt of energy. So when you actually eat food, it's going to be fuel, it's going to feed you, it's going to give you energy. I go, no, when I eat food, I get tired, I want to take a nap. She goes, yeah, because you have probably a candida yeast overgrowth and you're not absorbing and your body just can't, can't digest it, so you're making it work too hard. [00:48:14] The fourth day, the fifth day, the sixth day, every day when I went in, stuff is coming out through this tube. [00:48:24] The seventh day, I'm thinking, I haven't eaten anything in seven days. I'm drinking a gallon of water and I got 4 ounces of juice. [00:48:37] There can't be anything left in my colon. And stuff still coming out. [00:48:43] It got clear on day 20, day 20. [00:48:50] Now, I wasn't an old person. [00:48:53] I was 21 years old. [00:48:56] And I'm thinking, what happens if I haven't done one of these? And I was 50 years old, imagine the stuff that's in your system. [00:49:06] And this was mind boggling. I said, I need to do this at least once a year just to get all the toxins out that I put in the last 12 months and I have been ever since. [00:49:19] It's miraculous what happens when you juice fast. Now there are two places that I. I'm sure there are more, but I've been to two places. The Russell house that I went to originally is no longer there, but I did find a place in Desert Hot Springs. And it was founded by a wonderful woman named Susanna. And her and I have become very close friends. [00:49:49] She set this place up because she had a health crisis, she was going to die. And she researched like I did, how to get toxins out of the body. And that toxins in the body can be a prime issue when it comes to health problems. And unless you get the toxins out, you're not going to be healthy. So she started to investigate and research and also then experiment with fasting. [00:50:16] In doing so, over the next few months, she cured herself of disease. She's now almost 100 years old and she is in amazingly good health. I was with her last year at her facility called the We Care Spa. And we were, you know, spent time together. We went to the. I was there at the facility fasting. And that's her and I right there. That's Susanna and that's at her home. I was visiting her. Her home is right on the property of the weak care spa. I went over there. Obviously I'm very casually dressed at the spa, just relaxing. And then from there we went down the road where they have mineral hot springs and we had a great talk. And matter of fact, you just texted me a couple days ago wishing me a merry Christmas and happy holidays. Let's show the actual website of the We Care Spa. So you have an idea? Now, they don't do the juice fast. They do a modified fast. [00:51:15] You do get a little bit of soup, which is pureed vegetables. But it's a good start, It's a good starter. Place to go. [00:51:27] Show the video. [00:51:29] Go back to the video. Yeah. So they do all types of healing therapies. [00:51:36] Those are crystal bowls. They have yoga. The facility is gorgeous, by the way. A lot of rabbits running around. That's a zero gravity bed. [00:51:48] They've really expanded it. When I first went there, it was one house and we just kind of. Everybody kind of got in the living room together and hung out. And now it's really become a world class. There's some of the juice that you get. [00:52:03] Again, it's a mod. But that's Susanna giving a lecture talking about the colon and how cleansing works. [00:52:11] It's an amazing facility. It's called We Care Spa in Desert Hot Springs. Many, many celebrities go there. Supermodels go there to get cleansed out before photo shoots. [00:52:25] I can't mention all the celebrities because it's private. They have the saunas there, massage, yoga, whole host of different skincare regimes and things of that nature. So that's one place you can go. [00:52:40] The second place you've heard me talk about and actually had the director Cindy on as a guest while I was there in Hawaii. It's called Angel Farms and that's Cindy. That's their website. [00:52:55] So Cindy does a magnificent job at Angel Farms. She wrote the book you don't have to hurt anymore. Now, Angel Farms is not a fast. It is a cleansing facility. But you do get the colonics using the open system every single day. But you can eat, you can eat mangoes. So it's not a fast. And the reason why I'm bringing this up is some people think that Angel Farms is a fast, when it's not. It's a cleanse. So the point is, there is a difference between cleansing and fasting. [00:53:32] And somebody says, what's better? Well, a cleanse is not a fast. It's cleansing toxins out of the body. And it's incredibly good. A fast is one way of cleansing, but it has deeper, much, much deeper spiritual and physical benefits. [00:53:53] So I fast, but I also cleanse. I do both. [00:53:59] I fast at least once a year for at least seven to 10 days. It's almost always 10 days. That's when I fast and I do it at home now. [00:54:09] So if you do want to fast at home, let's go through some of the basic parameters. Number one, make sure you do your pre fast, ideally three days. [00:54:19] For those three days, cauliflower or broccoli or asparagus, steam it up, throw it in a blender, ideally a very powerful blender like a Vitamix or a Ninja, and liquefy it. You can have as much as you want. You can put a little garlic and onion powder in there if you want. A little sea salt's okay. You can even use some Braggs. That's okay. Cayenne pepper is very good to put in there. Very good. You drink that two hours later, as much mango, watermelon, cantaloupe or honeydew as you want. Two hours later, some more, another soup we'll call it, or puree. Two hours later, some more fruit and you mix it up as much as you want. You can drink as much herbal tea as you want on the pre fast and try to drink at least a gallon of water during the pre fast. Three days. Then you start your fast and remember, three meals, four ounces of juice, and I told you the morning juice. It's either cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon. With 8 ounces of water. And then lunch. I gave you the vegetables. [00:55:34] It rotates between the mango or the honeydew or the watermelon and some vegetables. 4 ounces, 8 ounces of water and juice at night. Ideally a squeezer type juicer, like a champion or a big green machine. A centrifugal force one is okay. [00:55:57] If you go to someplace and buy it already done. You don't want to keep it in the refrigerator. You want to juice fresh at least every day. When I was doing it, I would make the juice fresh and then immediately consume it. Because once you start juice, once you juice it, it's open to the air, begins to oxidate. So you want Your juice as fresh as possible. Don't think, oh, I'm going to make all the juice now for the whole week and put it in the refrigerator. No, I mean you can. It's just not as good. [00:56:28] Drink close to a gallon of water, herbal tea, your potassium or potato water, corn silk water. But you need to get the colonic. So of all these, what is the ones that are critical. So let me put them in order of priority number one, the three juice. That's priority number one. Number two, colonic. [00:56:47] If you don't do anything except those two things, you're okay. But you have to have the colonic every day. An enema in your room is not as good. [00:57:00] If you can't do a colonic every single day, maybe there's not a place around. [00:57:06] Okay, then do two enemas a day, one in the morning, one at night and get a big, big bag and really fill up. It's not as good, but maybe say I can only get two. I can only go to the colonic place twice a week, but I'll do the enemas the other time. That's okay. [00:57:24] The point is, it's not right or wrong. It's good, better and best. [00:57:29] So clearly the juice as I described it, ideally a colonic every day. Ideally open system as opposed to closed, but both are okay. And if you can't do those, the second option is two enemas a day. [00:57:43] Not as good, but okay. [00:57:47] A gallon of water a day. So those are your three absolute requirements to do the fast. Everything else makes it better. The hot and cold showers, the infrared sauna, the hot tub that makes it better. [00:58:03] Massage makes it better. Yoga makes it better. Walking makes it better. [00:58:10] These are all things that make it better. [00:58:12] Do the best you can. But I can tell you this. [00:58:17] If you fast, you will become a new person like you have never imagined. [00:58:25] Now let's talk about how long. [00:58:28] Remember, the health benefits don't kick in until the fourth day. [00:58:32] So if you're going to do the fast, absolute minimum minimum is five days. [00:58:40] I would say the absolute minimum is seven full days of fasting would be the absolute minimum. That means that doesn't count the three days of pre fasting. So you get the three days of pre fasting plus seven days of fasting. [00:58:56] Now there's one, one last thing here. No one's going to like me. [00:59:01] How do you break the fast? [00:59:04] You don't go down and get a hamburger. You don't go and have a steak. [00:59:10] You have to break the fast over three days. [00:59:13] Just like you had a three day pre fast, you have a three day post fast. So what is the post fast? The post fast is day one. [00:59:22] It's the same as your pre fast. You do your puree and fruit, puree and soup, puree and fruit as much as you want. That gets the body waking up to food. But it's soft food the next day. You can add rice. [00:59:41] Now, let me just tell you about rice. There's a lot of different kinds of rice. I would suggest from Thailand, jasmine rice, or from Japan, white rice, not brown rice. It's too rough. [00:59:59] So the third option is from India or Pakistan, basmati rice. [01:00:05] So you can add rice on the second day and on the third day you can add vegetables that are not pureed so you can start chewing things. [01:00:18] Okay. On the third day so you can chew. So you can add a salad which is raw vegetables, cooked vegetables. Chew, chew, chew rice. [01:00:30] And you can also add fish, tuna fish, salmon, flounder, haddock, mackerel, cod, you can have some fish. And then from there forward you're pretty much good to go. [01:00:44] This is going to transform your life for the better. You will thank me. And if anybody's watching and you have fasted in the comment section, leave a comment and give. I want to read them.
