[00:00:04] No matter what I did, if I went on a diet and exercise program or tried any of these things, I was always number one hungry. So I was miserable. So while I was losing weight, I was grumpy, I was irritable, and I was starving. But it doesn't burn the deep fat, which is the majority of the fat in the body, which is the brown fat. And therefore you always look fat. There's a cure. I says, well, what's the cure? And he goes, it was invented by Dr. Simians. [00:00:34] So he researched it and he found that when a woman is pregnant, the body releases a hormone like substance called hcg. So Simeon said this could be, this could be the cure for obesity. There is a cure for obesity and it's not a drug. Stay with me. We're going to talk about how to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. [00:01:33] Actually how to lose 45 pounds in 45 days. And the reason why I can make that statement is because I've lost 45 pounds in 45, five days. And I'm not the only person, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people have written me who use this technique that I'm going to share with you to lose up to one pound per day of fat, not muscle. [00:02:01] And they got a flat stomach and they reshaped their body and most importantly, the weight did not come back. I'm going to talk about that in just a second. But I got to tell you just an interesting story. One of my close friends, the Amazing Kreskin, just passed away. He was almost 90 years old. The Amazing Kreskin appeared, I think more times on the Tonight show with Johnny Carson and more times on almost every daytime talk show back in the 70s and 80s than any person in history. [00:02:35] John Malkovich, the great actor, did a movie called the Amazing Buck Howard which was kind of the Kreskin Story. And I recommend you watch the movie the Amazing Buck Howard and you kind of learn the Kreskin story or check out the Amazing Kreskin. He did have a YouTube channel and just until recently he was still broadcasting. He was a really good friend of mine. I'll tell you the quick story of how he met Kreskin. Then I'll talk about the Weight loss years ago, back in the 80s. I've seen Kreskin on the Tonight show with Johnny Carson and all these shows do all these amazing mentalist. The reason they call him the Amazing Creston is he could read minds. He would do the most amazing mentalist or mind reading, not tricks, by the way, real mind reading that was mind boggling just to watch him. And one of the things he did when he would perform the check that he was going to get for his performance, it was hidden. [00:03:34] They gave the check to audience members. And they weren't confederates or anything, they weren't his people. [00:03:42] The people in the audience would then hide the check someplace in the building. Didn't have to be in the room in the building. And they hid it in the most unbelievable places. They hid it in an ice cream container in the freezer, in the kitchen. They hid it under a guy's false teeth. They fold it up to check and put it under a guy's false teeth in the audience. I mean, crazy places, you know, they hid it in the bottom of a guy's shoe, in a sock, and he had boots on, cowboy boots. [00:04:17] Just unbelievable places. It was a guy with a hat and an inside brim of the hat. They'd fold up the check and hid it there. All different kinds of crazy places. And one of his parts of the act was he would go and try to find the check. And actually on 12 occasions he didn't find the check, which means he didn't get paid. [00:04:37] But only 12 times in the thousands and thousands of performances he did that, he did not find the check. He found it every time. He was just an amazing mentalist. And he showed people and he kept on saying, I am not special, I am. I'm not gifted. I learned how to use my mind and the power of the mind. And he taught people how to use and release the power of the mind. We actually had him speak at a Global Information Network event in Punta Cana. [00:05:04] And he was amazing. He just wowed the audience. And he was a close friend of mine when I was away. He would contact me every year to wish me well and talk to me and so forth. And here's the interesting part of the story. [00:05:19] I got released to home confinement, as you know. And when I got released, I got a brand new cell phone with a brand new cell phone number which nobody had. [00:05:29] And after I got released, about four or five weeks, that was it. After I got released to home confinement, I was confined to a home with this brand new cell phone that I got the Phone rings, and nobody has my number except a couple close friends of mine. The phone rings, and I answer the phone, and on the other end I hear, kevin, it's Kreskin. [00:05:56] And I said, kreskin, how did you know I was out? And how did you get my phone number? [00:06:03] And his answer was, I'm the Amazing Kreskin. Remember? [00:06:10] Amazing story. But when I first met him, it was back in the 80s. I saw him on TV, and he was appearing in the Chicagoland area. So I thought, okay, I want to go see him. So I went to the audience, and he said, I need some volunteers. If you want to volunteer and be part of the show, come on up on stage. And a bunch of people ran up on stage, and his people stopped individuals from coming on stage. It was about 20 or 30 of us. And he was going around, and he would tap some people on the shoulder and go, sit down. Sit down. And he would keep some people on stage. And what he was doing was he was reading the person's mind to see if this person was suggestible, if they could basically fall under his spell or power, because he was gonna do almost like a hypnosis act. And he was picking the right people to be able to do this. And. And some people, he just had to sit down. And the other people he had stayed. When he got to me, he stopped in his tracks and he looked at me and he said, definitely, you sit down. And he smiled, and I went and sat down, which kind of said that he couldn't implant things in my mind, that my mind wasn't suggestible. [00:07:23] And after the show, somebody from. From his staff came up to me and said, kreskin wants you backstage. He wants to meet you. And I went backstage and we met. And he said, how did you do that? How do do what? He says, what you did with your mind. [00:07:39] He says, I need you to teach me that. I says, I need you to teach me what you do. He goes, you know what I do. And we had a great conversation, and we became very close friends ever since and spent a lot of time together. We've shared a lot of meals together, a lot of private conversations together in hotel suites where we'd stay up till three or four in the morning just talking and talking and playing mind games and working on each other. It was just absolutely amazing. So for those of you who don't know who the Amazing Kreskin is, I strongly recommend on Endorse that you check him out and watch that movie, the Amazing Buck Howard with John Malkovich. Give you an idea of what can be done with the power of the mind. But let's talk about weight loss. [00:08:18] A lot of people don't know that I have struggled with weight my whole life. In high school and in grade school, I was always the tallest kid in the class. And I was also the biggest kid in the class. Now, we weren't called fat back then. We were called husky. [00:08:34] Trey doesn't know what that means, right? Because when we say, oh, he's husky, or the other one was, he's big boned. He's big boned, right? No one said he's fat or obese. Husky. Oh, he's a football player. Oh, he's a football player. I was fat, husky, big boned, whatever you want to call it. He's a big man. That was another one. Oh, he's a big man. He's a big man. Like, that was a proud thing. I'm a big man, you know, Big man. Okay. That I had ballooned up at one point to almost £300, just so you know. [00:09:12] And I had struggled with weight my whole life. And I had tried every diet, every exercise program. I would go to dozens of fat farms. I did fasting. I took all the pills, Hydroxy cut. And back in the 80s and 90s, there was dozens of diet pills you could get and different things to try to knock out your appetite or increase your metabolism and get you to lose weight. And you could do shakes, you know, protein shakes. Just drink this liquid diet. Oprah did one of those. There was a liquid diet program, and she lost a lot of weight and she gained it all back. And anything that I did, I would lose weight. And it was a roller coaster, right? You lose weight, you lose 20 pounds, and you gain back 30. You lose 10 pounds, you gain back 15, you lose 20 pounds, you gain back 25. Up and down, up and down, up and down. And every diet. I went on, the cabbage soup diet. [00:10:10] Back then, they didn't have the paleo diet. They had the Stillman diet, which was a high protein. Then there was the Atkins diet, which was a high protein. There was Sug Busters. There was the low carb diet. There was you name the diet, There was one out there. And they all had books and experts. Food combining. Let's do food combining. You name the diet. There was one guy, Dr. Diamond fit for life. I think the name of the book was, you only eat fruit in the morning. Another guy says, you only eat eggs in the morning. I tried this, I tried that, I tried this, I tried that. I exercised the neuropsychology of weight control. That was another one. Susan Powder. Stop the insan everything. [00:10:53] Nothing worked. And here was the problem. And anybody who's watching who has a weight problem, who's tried to lose weight, you know what I'm talking about. If you go on a diet, you are miserable. If you go on a diet and exercise program, you're miserable. [00:11:11] I was hungry. You were hungry too, right? Whatever I say to myself ask you is issue any diet. I went on any exercise program, whether it was low calorie, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, I tried them all. [00:11:25] Potions, powders. Oh, there was some Slim tea from China. Drink the slim tea. That's all you have to do. Another one. Lose weight while you sleep. I remember that one. Take some pills before you go to bed. It's supposed to do something with your metabolism. You wake up and you're supposed to lose weight when you get on the scale. No matter what I did, if I went on a diet and exercise program or tried any of these things, I was always number one hungry. So I was miserable. So while I was losing weight, I was grumpy, I was irritable, and I was starving. [00:12:01] I was also tired and lethargic. [00:12:06] Does that make sense? Everybody know what I'm talking about? So even if I lost weight when I stopped the diet, I would go back and eat ravenous. But it would take like two months to lose £20 or £15 or £10. Two months. I would gain it all back in two weeks. [00:12:27] So it would take two months to lose the weight and I gained it all back in just two weeks. [00:12:34] This was the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced and it was just driving me insane. So my weight was up and down like a roller coaster. I actually had three kinds of clothes in my closet. I had my fat clothes, my medium clothes, and my skinny clothes because I never knew where I was going to be. So it was up and down, up and down all the time. [00:12:54] I had pretty much given up with my weight. It's like I'm destined to be a heavyset guy. That was another word we used. He's heavy set. What the hell is heavy set mean? Just use fat. He's a fat man. [00:13:10] So there was actually a TV show called Jake and the Fat man because he was a fat guy anyway, so I'd pretty much given up that on losing weight. [00:13:25] I went to Germany. I was in Rothek Egan, which is the name of the town, Germany, on Lake Tigensee, south of Munich, south of Munchen, or Munich. [00:13:37] And there was a doctor there, Klaus Martin. Dr. Klaus Martin, very famous doctor. Half of Hollywood had gone to him. All these billionaires have gone to him. When I first went there, all these billionaires from Palm beach were there from the old families. [00:13:53] I mean, we're talking major, major families that are kazillionaires. They were there to get live cell therapy, which is an anti aging treatment. And half of Hollywood would go to get these live cells, which is a longevity treatment and an anti aging treatment. Again, half of Hollywood goes, as one of the best kept secrets in Hollywood, this is before stem cells, it was called live cell treatment. I talk about it in my book Natural Cures. [00:14:20] And when I was there, I told Klaus because he said, what physical issues do you have for the cells? And I goes, I'm just trying to, you know, longevity and, you know, anti aging. I'm young, but I want to, you know, keep young. And I've read about this and I've researched it. So I'm here to do some personal experimentation on it because I think it is a good way to keep young. He says, oh, yeah. And he went over all the research and he looked at me and he said, do you want to lose some weight? [00:14:49] Well, of course he looked at me, right? Kevin's a fat guy. So he looks at me and he says, do you want to lose some weight? I said, yeah, but I've tried everything and nothing really works. And he goes, yeah, I know, but there's a cure for overweight people. There's a cure. He used the word cure. I said, what do you mean there's a cure? I said, I don't want to take any drugs or anything. No, no, it's not a drug. It's all natural. There's a cure. I says, well, what's the cure? And he goes, it was invented by Dr. Simians. [00:15:21] I says, who's Dr. Simians? And he told me the story. Dr. Simians was a medical doctor in the British army who was stationed in India. [00:15:33] And when he went to India, Dr. Simians noticed an interesting phenomena. At the time, under British rule, people in India were starving. They didn't have a lot of food and the women were very, very thin. [00:15:48] And if a thin woman got pregnant, there still wasn't a lot of food, but they still delivered full weight, healthy babies. The women didn't get fat. You know how we hear, oh, it's pregnancy weight. [00:16:07] When a woman becomes pregnant in the west, they generally have a tendency to gain a lot of weight. And the argument is, oh, it has nothing to do with what she's eating or the fact that she's not exercising. It's just when you get pregnant, you get. Well, that's a myth and that's a lie. It's not true. Because in India, when a woman would get fat, they would remain skinny, they would just have a bulge and the baby was not underweight. [00:16:34] They would deliver full weight, healthy babies and the woman would remain thin. [00:16:41] And this was curious to Dr. Simeons. He says, how is it that this woman is not eating a lot of food, but the baby is full weight and completely healthy? So he researched it and he found that when a woman is pregnant, the body releases a hormone like substance called hcg. [00:17:04] Hcg? [00:17:07] This is in the old days when a woman thought she was pregnant, she'd go to the doctor and they would do a urine test. They would take the urine and inject it into a rabbit. And if the rabbit died, then the woman was pregnant. So they said, honey, I have good news. The rabbit died. That means I'm pregnant. The reason the rabbit died is if you inject regular urine into a rabbit, it's not going to die. But if the urine had a lot of HCG in it, it killed the rabbit. [00:17:38] And that's how they knew. Now they just are looking for HCG in the urine. And that's how you do a test today. They can do it with a stick. And if there's HCG present, then the person, the woman, is pregnant. [00:17:53] So Simeon said there must be something with this HCG when the body releases it. Why is the body releasing HCG when somebody is pregnant? And the doctor realized through research that when HCG is released in the body, it tells the body to release stored fat into the bloodstream to feed the fetus. [00:18:25] This is why women have a higher fat percentage than men. Generally speaking, that's biologically the correct way so that the fat stores can get released to feed the baby so the baby is always healthy and full weight. [00:18:42] Simeon's also discovered that there's three kinds of fat in the body. There's what's called structural fat. You want that, that's around the joints in the body. It's structural fat. We need that. If you don't have it, you start developing sore joints, which is why when people go on a lot of diets, they're losing structural fat. And therefore they developed commonly a sore heel in their foot. Because the structural fat goes away. One of the first places that starts getting painful is the heel. So if you've done a lot of yo yo dieting. On and off, on and off, on and off. You may have burned off a lot of structural fat and makes your knees weak, your hips weak, shoulders, elbows and ankles. And the heel area, you may feel pain because you've burned off, unfortunately, what you want. You've burned off the structural fat. [00:19:41] That's the first kind of fat. The second one is called subcusis fat. This is the fat that's right under the skin, okay? And we want some of that, but we don't want too much of that. And the third type of fat is stored fat that's deep in the tissue, and it's called brown fat. [00:20:02] If you notice aerobics teachers, I used to go to the gym, and I would notice these aerobics teachers that would teach aerobics class two or three times a day, which means they were exercising, doing all this crazy aerobics for two or three hours a day. But these women's bodies were like, very heavy fat. They had a lot of fat in their body. They were jiggling everywhere. They weren't super strong in tone. They had all this fat, and this was brown fat. No matter how much you exercise, no matter how much you diet, the body does not release brown fat. It first starts burning off muscle, then it starts burning off structural fat, and then it starts burning off a little sub Q fat, but it doesn't burn the deep fat, which is the majority of the fat in the body, which is the brown fat. And therefore, you always look fat and you always never get toned and tight. You never get a hard body. That's how the body's designed. [00:21:02] And Simians knew that when a woman was pregnant, she released the brown fat, because the brown fat is the emergency fat in the body that gets released last to make sure you don't die from starvation and to make sure that the baby, if you're pregnant, if you're a woman, gets fed. [00:21:20] Simeon's also discovered, because he said, what about men? [00:21:25] That men also release HCG as well. But since men don't get pregnant, he discovered that men release HCG when they're starving. [00:21:37] After you go through a period of starvation, which means you're not eating, first the body will burn muscle, then it will burn structural fat. And as a last resort, the body releases hcg. If you're starving and you start releasing brown fat into the bloodstream so you don't die from starvation, and then if there's no more brown fat left, then you die of starvation. [00:22:01] Okay? [00:22:03] So Simeon said, this could be. This could be the cure for obesity. [00:22:12] And he then, over the next few years, worked on multiple things and continued to do research on HCG and weight loss. And he found that there has to be a specific program put together that will allow the body to release brown fat immediately and make sure you have no hunger. [00:22:39] And here's what he came up with. He came up with what's called the Dr. Simiens protocol, sometimes referred to as the HCG diet. And it's not really a diet. That's only part of it. And here's what it is, and here's the cure. And this is what Dr. Klaus Martin was telling me. He says, number one, we have to get some hcg. Now, in the old days, the HCG was harvested from the urine of pregnant women. A pharmaceutical company would take the urine of pregnant women and extract the hcg, purify it, and then put it in little ampoules so that it could be injected in the body. Today they use a compound pharmacy to do the same thing. And it still works as effectively. [00:23:25] First he says you get HCG. This is Dr. Simeon's protocol. You get the HCG. It has to be real HCG, not homeopathic HCG. [00:23:36] Next, you take the HCG with a syringe, which is a needle, and you have to inject it intramuscular in the body. It cannot be injected. Sub Q. Now, today, if you go online, there's a bunch of places that sell hcg, depending on what country you're in. And they sell little diabetic needles, like insulin needles that inject the hcg. Sub Q. That will not work, has to be injected intramuscular. Or they sell homeopathic hcg that will not work. Or they sell HCG drops under the tongue. That will not work. They're just trying to sell you something. [00:24:16] So first you get HCG and you get an intramuscular needle. [00:24:22] Next, the Simeon's protocol says you take 125 international units and you inject yourself in the morning with the HCG on day one. [00:24:34] And then on day one, you eat like a cow. No, you eat like a pig. You become a glutton. So day one, you eat everything you can, nonstop. Ten pints of ice cream, three cheeseburgers every two hours, French fries, the fattiest, highest calorie food. You can. You pound it down, you're gonna feel disgusting. [00:25:01] Day two, you wake up, you inject yourself with 125 international units of HCG. And then you eat like a cow or a pig again. And you are a glutton. You fill your body. Why do you do this? Number one, it takes a couple days for the HCG to work into the system. And secondly, you want to put so many calories that you jack up your metabolism and get so disgusting and so full that for the next few days, when you actually start the protocol, the official protocol, you're kind of jacking up that metabolic rate. So you have massive weight loss with no hunger. [00:25:38] Day three. [00:25:40] And day three goes forward up to six weeks. [00:25:45] You inject yourself every morning with 125 international units of HCG. But now on day three and going forward, you go on the HCG diet. The HCG diet is nothing. For breakfast you can have water, tea or coffee with no cream, no sweetener, just plain tea. And it can be black tea, green tea, any kind of tea or coffee, decaf or regular is fine. But no, no, no sweeteners, Artificial sweeteners, no. Any type of sweeteners? No. Don't add anything to the coffee. No, no, no. Then at lunchtime and dinner, and every meal is the same. It's 100 grams of protein that has to be weighed before it's cooked. It could be very, very lean beef, like filet mignon. It can be lean chicken breast, no skin, or a lean white fish like a cod or a haddock or a halibut. [00:26:53] No shrimp, no fatty fish like mackerel or salmon. It has to be lean and you have to weigh the protein, 100 grams before you cook it. And you must cook it without any oil. No oil. You can use sea salt and pepper. No oil. No fat of any kind, 100 grams. Then it's a handful of vegetables. Vegetables, asparagus, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, kale, broccoli. [00:27:34] That's it. You pick that and you steam it. [00:27:39] No oil. You can use some salt and pepper. And if you want, what I always did is I'd steam my broccoli or steam my asparagus or steam my cauliflower. And then I'd throw it in a Vitamix and turn it on and turn it into a puree. That's how I prefer to eat mine. [00:27:56] Then one half of an apple or a small handful of strawberries. [00:28:06] Ideally, if you're using beef, it's grass fed beef. [00:28:11] Apple should be organic, ideally. And ideally the strawberries should be organic too. And ideally the vegetable is organic. But it's not the end of the world if it isn't. [00:28:23] It sounds terrible. I know. And when I read this and I sat down with Dr. Martin, I thought I'm going to be hungry. I'm going to feel like I'm depriving myself. I'm going to be thinking about food all day long. I'm going to be struggling. I don't know if I want to do this, but he assured me and I told him that, and he said, kevin, if you do this, protocol number one, you will not be hungry. [00:28:51] You will be amazed. He said, you might have a slight hunger pang from time to time, but it's going to be very small, and probably it'll be because of dehydration. So drink 1 gallon of water a day. You will not be hungry. I go, it's impossible. I'm only eating 500 calories a day. Of course I'm going to be hungry. He goes, no, because the HCG that you're injecting is going to release 2,000 calories out of your stored brown fat cells that's going to flood the body. So it's like you're eating 2,500 calories a day, so you're not going to be hungry. I goes, I'm clearly going to be tired and lethargic. No, because the hcg, combined with this exact diet, which puts you right below the protein deficiency level, will release 2,000 calories from the stored brown fat into your bloodstream. So it's like you're eating 2,500 calories a day. You're not going to be tired now. You're not going to have as much energy as if you had 4 or 5,000 calories. So you probably don't want to exercise up a mountain or do an insane exercise program every day, but you're not going to be tired. Just go around your business. You will not be tired and you will not be hungry. I said, I don't believe you. He goes, talk to the people here that have done it. And they all told me they were not hungry, and they were surprised and they were not lethargic. I said, okay, but clearly when I stop the protocol, I'm going to gain all the way back because it's like a starvation diet. He goes, it's not a starvation diet. Because if you just did the diet by itself, yes, it would be a starvation diet, but then you'd be losing muscle and structural fat. [00:30:40] But when you do it this way, exactly the way I've described, you're not losing muscle or structural fat, you're losing brown fat. So he goes, kevin, what's going to happen is you're going to lose up to a pound per day. [00:30:53] Weigh yourself every day. You'll be amazed. But most importantly, you're not losing muscle. You're losing brown fat. Not structural fat, brown fat. That means when you look in the mirror six weeks from now, it's gonna look like you've had liposuction because the fat's gone. You're burning the fat, not the muscle. [00:31:18] And I thought, I don't believe the guy. So I said, oh, you know, I'm gonna start this sometime. A year later, I got the courage to try it a year later. So I went back to the clinic and I said, can I start it here? Yes, we offer it here. I said, but I can do it at home. But I'm afraid because I don't know if I have the willpower. [00:31:40] Do it here. Do it here for a few weeks and go home and finish. You'll see how easy it is. So the first day I got the injection, I ate like a pig. I loved it. Until I felt disgusting because I ate so much. And he told me, you got to eat. You got to eat on the first day. And the second day, the second day, I got the injection in the morning, and then I ate like a pig, and I was disgusted. The third day, I got the injection, and I wasn't hungry all morning because I just pigged out for two days. And then I had my first lunch, and I thought, okay, I'm not hungry. But the reason I'm not hungry, because I just stuffed myself for two days. [00:32:15] And then when I had dinner, I had the little tiny 100 grams of protein, little cauliflower and a half an apple. And I'm thinking, I'm not hungry yet, but I'll be hungry tomorrow. The next day, I woke up, I got the injection, wasn't hungry all morning. I wanted to eat, but I wasn't hungry. I had my lunch. I had plenty of energy. I was working, everything's fine, going for a walk, enjoying Germany. Had my dinner. Oh, and on the first day, by the way, I lost six pounds. [00:32:49] And every morning when I got my injection, I weighed myself. And almost every day, I was losing a pound. And some days there was no movement. But then the next day, it would go a pound and a half to two pounds. So it was averaging about a pound a day. [00:33:03] I did this for six weeks. [00:33:07] I was not hungry. I was not tired. [00:33:10] I was blown away and surprised. [00:33:15] Six weeks later, I had lost 45 pounds. That means I lost 45 pounds in 45 days. [00:33:24] And I went to the doctor and said, I'm done. I'm afraid I'm going to gain it all back. He goes, now you do phase two. [00:33:30] What's phase two? Phase two is you stop taking the injection. [00:33:35] You eat the exact same food, but now you can have as much as you want. So you can have the same protein, which means you don't have to have 100 grams. You can have as much protein as you want, as much vegetables as you want, as many apples and strawberries as you want. You can eat as much as you want, and you can have breakfast as well. You just don't change the food. Just increase the quantity. [00:34:02] Okay? So the next day, I wake up and I have some breakfast, and I added some eggs, because you can add eggs. So I had eggs for breakfast. Just some eggs and some steamed broccoli. And now lunchtime came, and I'm thinking, I'm not even hungry. [00:34:18] So I had my lunch, and I'm trying to eat more than I normally did over those six weeks, but it's like maybe my stomach shrunk. So I went back to the doctor and I said, listen, I did this for two days and I'm just not hungry. He goes, you know why? He goes, here's the other thing about it. The HCG, Dr. Simeon's protocol, not only makes sure that you're not hungry and not lethargic when you're doing it and that you're burning brown fat, which no other diet does. None. Zero. [00:34:48] And you keep your muscle and you keep your structural fat. You're burning brown fat, and no diet releases the brown fat, Period. That's why your body looks completely different. And my body, I weigh every day, and there's no change to my weight. [00:36:52] After the three weeks I left Germany, I went to Boston to see my mom. My mom's Italian, and I hadn't seen her in a couple years. And I show up and she's like, oh, my God, you're so thin. You look so amazing. Oh, my God. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She goes, I cooked all of your favorite foods. [00:37:12] Homemade raviolis, meatballs, sausages, biscotti, homemade chocolate chip cookies, regatta cheesecake, rigatonis, homemade garlic bread. And I'm like, oh, and homemade pizza. [00:37:32] And I'm thinking, what? I'm freaking out. Like, I love this food. [00:37:41] I lost all this weight. I kept it off, and now I'm going to ruin it by eating. I call up Dr. Martin. I said, Dr. Martin, I'm in a jam. What do I do? And he says, just sit down. Eat whatever you want. Don't worry about it. Watch what happens. Kevin, number one, you're going to be amazed. You're not going to be able to eat that much. Don't worry about it. And then weigh yourself tomorrow and watch what happens. So I sat down and I took some food. [00:38:10] And maybe my eyes were bigger than my stomach, but I know what I normally eat. So I filled up my plate and I started eating. And I got about halfway through, and I thought, I am stuffed. [00:38:24] And I'm looking at all this food, my favorite foods, and I'm like, I can't eat anymore. And my mother and my grandmother going, mangia, mangia. Eat, eat. I go, I'm stuffed. No, you don't like my food. I go, no, I love your food. I'm just stuffed. Have some regatta cheesecake. And I go, I can't. I am just too full. And I'll never forget it. It was the most amazing experience of my Life. Because I felt for the first time like a normal person when it comes to food. [00:38:57] I didn't feel like I was a glutton. I didn't feel like I had an addiction to food. I didn't feel like I was depriving myself. I wasn't using any willpower. I was just full. And the ricotta cheesecake, I know it tastes delicious, and so would the homemade toll house chocolate chip cookies. [00:39:17] But I was full. And my mother goes, have some pizza. I go, I can't have any pizza. I'm full tomorrow. Tomorrow. [00:39:25] And I'm like, this is wonderful. I can eat whatever I want. And the great news is, I didn't want anymore. And there was no willpower. I didn't feel any deprivation. I didn't feel like I was depriving myself. It was fantastic. See, before I would say, oh, oh, oh, I really want the regatta cheesecake. Oh, I really want the cookies. Oh, oh, but I'm going to be good. I'm going to be good. I'm trying to keep my weight down. Nope. I'm going to have to say, no. That's willpower. And you're miserable because you really want it. But you're saying, no. I didn't experience that. I was like, this is good. [00:40:02] The next day, I wake up, I weigh myself. I didn't gain a pound, and I wasn't hungry. I wasn't hungry the next day. It was like my body was saying, you're still digesting the food from yesterday. You have enough. You don't need any more yet. And so I didn't have any breakfast. I wasn't hungry. Then lunch came, and I'm thinking, you know, I feel like a light salad. [00:40:27] My mother's like a salad. I said, yeah, like a little salad. A salad. Let me warm up some of the pizza. Let me put you. Let me make you a meatball sandwich. No, no, no. Just a little salad. [00:40:40] She's looking at me like I'm nuts. So I have the little salad completely full again. I'm not using willpower. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. And then dinner time comes, and she warms up everything again. [00:40:53] And I said, okay. And now I know what I can eat. One meatball. A little scoop of this, a little of that. And I said, ma, I'm going to save room for the regatta cheesecake. So I have a small amount of food. I eat it again. I'm not using willpower. I don't feel deprived. I'm eating because I know that if I get full, I'm not going to be able to eat the ricotta cheesecake. So I said, I'm saving room for the ricotta cheesecake. She cuts me a big piece. I go, no, I can't eat the big piece. Eat mangia, mangia. I go, look, I'm just not that hungry. So I cut it in half, put it on my plate. I ate about half of it, and I'm thinking, I'm full. It was delicious, but I just can't eat anymore. [00:41:37] It was absolutely beautiful. I felt liberated for the first time in my life when it came to my relationship with food. The next day I get on the scale, I don't gain a pound. [00:41:52] It was awesome. And then I left and started traveling and so forth. And it was the most wonderful thing to get bread and butter put on the table and thinking, I don't really feel like that. You know, I'll take a salad. I'll take a. You know, I'll take a steak. And then not eating everything and then saying, I'll take the rest home because I can't eat the whole meal. You know, American portions are large anyway. [00:42:15] It was no feeling of deprivation. I was never hungry. I was always getting full so easily and fast. And my weight maintained and maintained and maintained and maintained and maintained. It was absolutely beautiful. [00:42:31] That's the HCG protocol, and it works. It's the Dr. Simiens HCG protocol. Now, I'm going to give you a couple tips here. [00:42:42] Number one, you can go online and look for hcg. There are places that sell it and they'll ship it to you. [00:42:52] There are clinics you can go to. But here's a couple things that have happened over the years. When I first did it, there was a little tiny ampoule with 1000. Actually, it was 500 international units of HCG. And I would mix it. It comes in a powder, and I would mix the saline solution in the powder, and I would take 125 international units and inject it. [00:43:19] Then I would throw the rest away, and the next day I would mix a fresh batch. Because Dr. Simiens knew that once the HCG is mixed, it immediately starts to degrade. [00:43:33] So he said, you must mix it every day. [00:43:37] Well, today you can't find a 500 international unit ampoule. They sell 5,000 international units. And if you go to a clinic, they say, oh, it lasts 30 days. Just put it in the refrigerator. [00:43:53] Really? It lasts 30 days? Doesn't last 31 days? No, it lasts 30 days. [00:43:58] So it's good for 30 days. Yeah. But it's no good on day 31. No, no. It's only good up to the 30th day. [00:44:07] I go, look, if I mix it today and it's good for 30 days but not good on the 31st day, it doesn't maintain the same potency for 30 days and then go to zero on the 31st day. [00:44:22] It starts to degrade right from the moment you mix it and goes down and down and down and down and down. [00:44:29] So if you get one of these larger 5,000 international unit bottles and they tell you just put it in the refrigerator, you can't. It won't work. If you take the injection for 30 days, seven days is the max, but you have to increase the amount. So the first day is 125, then go to 1.5, then 1.75, then 2, then 2.25, then 2.5, and then 2.75, and then 2, 3. And you keep increasing it in 0.25 increments each day for seven days. Then throw it away and mix a fresh batch. That's really the only way it's going to work. So that's the first mistake that people make, because some people who've tried this saying, I was a little hungry, I was a little lethargic, or I didn't lose quite a pound a day. I only lost half a pound a day because they're not following the instructions properly. If you follow the instructions properly, you will see the absolute results. And there are virtually hundreds of thousands of people around the world that have testimonials on various websites who have used this protocol. And they've lost the weight. And they all say the same thing. I lost about a pound a day. I lost brown fat. So my body looks like it's been reshaped. I wasn't hungry and I wasn't lethargic and I kept the weight off. And my appetite has completely changed now that I'm done. I'm just not as hungry as I used to be. If you do it properly, this is the cure. [00:46:06] So you can go online no matter what country you're in, and you can find hcg. There's many places that have it. HCG is not a drug that can be prescribed for weight loss because it doesn't do anything for weight loss. [00:47:16] The only thing HCG does, according to Dr. Simians. Not me, Kevin Trudeau. But according to Dr. Simians. But I can tell you from my own personal experience, it's true that when you take HCG as I described it, with the exact diet as I described, then it appears that there's some chemical reaction in the body. [00:47:40] HCG on its own does nothing for weight loss. [00:47:46] Nothing. People will say, but Kevin, if I just did the diet, I'm going to lose weight. Because it's a low cal diet and a low fat diet. That's true. The problem is, if you just do the diet without the hcg, you're going to be hungry, you're going to be lethargic, you're not going to burn brown fat, your body shape's not going to change, you're going to lose muscle and structural fat. Your metabolism is not going to go up, but it's actually going to go down. And then when you stop the diet, you're going to gain all the weight back just like that. [00:48:24] It doesn't work. It's not a cure for weight loss. The diet itself alone does nothing. HCG alone does nothing for weight loss. But when you combine both, that's when the miracles happen. [00:48:39] Very effective. And I know some of you are thinking it's too difficult to get. No, it isn't. It just takes a little time to find the right place that has the right stuff to get it. Some people use homeopathics. No, no good. I told you that. Some people inject it sub Q instead of intramuscular. No, that will not work. [00:48:58] But the website says it will. No, it won't. [00:49:02] It has to be intramuscular. [00:49:05] It's the way it works. [00:49:08] Listen to me. Follow the instructions and you'll see the results. [00:49:12] Don't make the mistakes. [00:49:14] Now, some people say, but Kevin, I don't know about injecting myself. And maybe this is a little pricey. Okay, I'll give you an alternative. [00:49:25] The alternative which is second best, not as good, but second best is the Almased A L M S E D. Almased weight loss program. Again, I don't make any money if you buy Almased. Almased comes from Germany and they have a very particular protocol. It is a liquid diet, it's a protein shake, but it's a fermented protein with honey. And it is kind of a magical combination. And when you follow the Almased program, which is taking three shakes a day with a vegetable broth that you drink throughout the day, this cleans the liver and allows you to lose some brown fat. Not as much as the hcg, but you're gonna lose some brown fat. And it does increase your metabolism, it does knock out your appetite and it does reset your body set point. Because it gets that liver cleaned, which is very critical to weight loss. [00:50:28] You're not going to lose a pound a day. You're going to lose maybe half of that if you do the Alma said program. Everyone's a little different. But that's another alternative that you can try as well. And that's available online. They even sell it on Amazon, as far as I know. So those are the two things that you want to consider. The fact is, diets don't work. [00:50:52] And I will say this, the only reason that you want to use the HCG protocol or the Almasin protocol is because of all of the additives that are in food. Because of high fructose corn syrup, because of artificial sweeteners like sucralose and NutraSweet and aspartame and xylitol. Because of the food dyes, because of ultra processed foods, because of the bovine growth hormone that's in meat and dairy products. [00:51:28] This is screwing up your metabolism, it's screwing up your insulin production. So many of you are insulin resistant and makes people fat. [00:51:39] And because you're consuming corn. Oh, I don't eat a lot of corn. Look at your salad dressing. Anything that has corn syrup solids, Corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup. That corn is genetically modified. It's made by Monsanto and it was specifically manufactured to get cows fatter faster and make them hold on to fat. This is why corn fed beef is very fatty. If you ingest that same corn in the form of corn syrup solids, high fructose corn syrup, your body is holding on to fat and creating more fat and you become fatter. A higher percentage of fat in Your body, you gain weight and you get lethargic and your appetite goes up. That's what it does. So the fact that you've screwed up your whole body with yo yo dieting, you've screwed up your whole metabolism with all the food additives and things, you got to do something radical to reset everything and to get back to square one. [00:52:48] And I'll say this. Once you do phase one and phase two, if you go back to eating all the Monsanto corn products and artificial sweeteners and you start eating beef and dairy that has bovine growth hormone in it, you're probably going to, over time, get fatter again. [00:53:10] So you need to make a few modifications going forward to keep it off. But the HCG protocol will really do an amazing job. It is a miracle. It worked for me. It may work for you. I know it has worked for hundreds of thousands of other people. It is, in my opinion, a cure for obesity, and it's a cure for weight loss. I'll tell you a couple stories that are in Dr. Simeon's book called Pounds and Inches, and that's available free online. You can download that. Pounds and inches by Dr. Simians. There was a story in there that he says that he was working at his desk, and he had turned around, so he was facing back there, and a woman came in and sat down. And he turned around and saw her. [00:53:56] He could only see from kind of the neck up because she was a shorter woman and his desk was relatively high. And he says, how can I help you? She says, I'm here because I have a weight problem. [00:54:09] And he looked at this woman. You could see her from here up, and she was incredibly thin, almost emaciated. And you could see her neck bones. And she was almost like skin and bones. [00:54:24] I mean, she was drawn, like, from here up. Skin and bones. And she says, I have a weight problem. He said, a weight problem? [00:54:34] So you're trying to gain weight? [00:54:37] She says, no, I need to lose weight. [00:54:40] And he said, I don't understand, miss. And she says, oh, let me show you. She stood up. [00:54:49] From here up was skin and bones, and from here down, it was like this enormous. It was like two different people. [00:54:57] He said he couldn't believe it. Her hips were like this big. The buttocks were just loaded with fat. He could not believe what he saw. [00:55:08] And she said, I heard that you have a miracle weight loss cure. And Simeon said, well, I haven't seen a condition like yours before. But theoretically, the HCG protocol only attacks brown fat. So theoretically, this part may Actually fill in. And this part maybe should shrink. If you want to try it, this will be the first time you'll be an experiment. She goes, yes, I do. [00:55:35] So she did the HTT protocol, and it's exactly a doctor Simiens had thought would happen. [00:55:42] The bottom part shrank, almost like she had liposuction, and the tarp part filled out. [00:55:50] And this is important because women, when they do the HCG protocol, they lose the weight in their hips, thighs, and buttocks. That's what shrinks. And also the back of the arms. [00:56:04] When men do the HCG protocol, they generally hold their fat around the midsection so they get a flat stomach. Women get a flat stomach, men get a flat stomach. But also the. The bulge around the waist goes away. And the women love it because the hips, thighs, and buttocks lose all that extra fat. They don't lose it in the breast. They lose it primarily in the hips, thighs, and buttocks and the guys around the waist. So if you're looking for a flat stomach, if you want to look good in the bathing suit, the HEG protocol is the move. And if you can't do that, then the ALMA set is kind of the second best. [00:56:41] I'll tell you what, when you have a high, we'll call it a high, but it's really a normal metabolism, because I guarantee you, your metabolism right now is really low. And also, you're insulin resistant, which means if you eat anything sweet, the body just releases too much insulin and it just converts it right into fat and it stores it as brown fat. You're screwed. You're really screwed. There's nothing you can do. And the Wycovy and the Ozempic is just. The side effects are off the charts and people gain the weight back times two. It's a horrible drug. Ten years from now, it'll be off the market. Just like Vioxx and other drugs you watch 10 years from now. Ozempic and Wycovi, all the people that have taken it, the massive health side effects, negative health effects are gonna start kicking in. You'll see. It's gonna be outlawed. Then I thought, I'm going to have, I need to have some food, but I'm not hungry. [00:58:35] I know I'm going to have a nice beautiful meal tonight. I'm not depriving myself. So I had an almisted shake for lunch. [00:58:44] Zero right now. Zero appetite. I mean, zero. My energy levels are off the chart. I feel fantastic. And now I'm going to go to dinner and. And I know it's gonna happen. Cause it happens every time I go. It's like, man, I like to eat. I love good food. I'm just not gonna be able to eat a lot. So I know I'm gonna be taking a doggy bag home and I'll have food for tomorrow. It's a beautiful thing when you know you don't have to eat everything on the plate and you're not using willpower and you're not depriving yourself. You can have a little bit of anything and everything you want and there's no deprivation. And when you're enjoying the conversation so much because you're no longer focused on the food, I'll tell you what the most beautiful thing to me was. [00:59:29] I told you the story of my mom's and that was a life changing event. Another one was I went to a dinner party. [00:59:35] I was at this dinner party and the conversation was just engaging and I got the food and we're talking and talking and talking and all of a sudden I realized I had only ate about a third third of my food because I was so engaged in the conversation. I wasn't focused on eating everything. You know what I'm talking about. Some of you get so focused on the food, it's like nothing else matters. [01:00:04] It was liberating. I felt completely free. I wasn't attached to food anymore. Food had no control over me anymore. And the waiter came by and I said, yeah, yeah, I'm Fine. I'm fine. You can take it away. I says, yeah, what do you have for dessert? Menu? I looked at the dessert. I'll never forget this. I look at the dessert menu, and I'm thinking, nothing appeals to me. [01:00:34] This was the greatest thing. I'm like, nothing appeals to me. I said, I'll have an espresso. [01:00:39] Nothing appealed to me. I'm like, when was the last time in my life that I don't order dessert? Especially if somebody else is paying? [01:00:47] Nothing appealed to me. I'm free, liberated.
