The Official Kevin Trudeau Show is where Kevin Trudeau exposes things that "They" don't want you to know about!

Kevin Trudeau is one of the most-read authors of all time. His books have all been best sellers and have sold over 30 million copies globally. Kevin's most controversial book, Natural Cures They Don’t Want You to Know About, was number 1 on the New York Times best-seller list for 26 weeks in a row, becoming the number 1 best-selling health book of all time.

Kevin is also a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and mass communications expert – as well as a consumer, natural health, and free speech advocate.

Due to Kevin Trudeau's legal issues concerning his books and being held for the longest 'contempt of court' in US history, this show has been on hiatus since 2012. The original Kevin Trudeau Radio Show was syndicated across countless radio stations worldwide, reaching over 100 million listeners.

Returning LIVE on YouTube and Rumble in 2024, The Kevin Trudeau Show is fast becoming the 'World's Best Show' on a variety of topics, including the secrets to Health, Wealth, and Happiness.

[00:00:01] Speaker A: This is the Kevin Trudeau show. [00:00:04] Speaker B: I am exposing the corruption in government and in major multinational corporations. We're telling you the things that they don't want you to know that will make your life better. [00:00:15] Speaker C: Hey, I'm Kevin Trudeau. [00:00:16] Speaker B: Thanks for joining me. [00:00:17] Speaker C: This is the Kevin Trudeau show. Everything they don't want you to know about to improve the quality of your life, help you manifest your goals, dreams and desires, attain better health and reach enlightenment, self realization, spiritual liberation and freedom on all levels at all dimensions. Wow. That sounds pretty impressive, by the way, you may notice all those paintings back there. They keep finding these ancestors of mine, and they keep putting these paintings up of ancestors. I don't think they look anything like me, but guys around here say that there's some resemblance, some of the my ancestors. So that's what those paintings are in every single show, allegedly. Glad to have you here. You know, if you're brand new to the show, make sure you do subscribe to the show. And very important, there's a little button there, a little bell button. Make sure you click on that. That way you get notifications when I upload new shows right now. We broadcast on Monday at 01:00 Chicago time and Wednesday at 01:00 Chicago Time Live. I am going to start recording more shows and putting those up on Tuesday as well as Thursday, Friday, maybe even Saturday and Sunday. A lot of people have begged me to do a Sunday show based on the Bible. The Bible, secrets to success, longevity, peace, and happiness. And I might do that. So we might have Sunday school right now. It doesn't matter what religion you're a part of. We'll call it the spiritual day, where not only the Bible is picked apart, and I show you right out of scripture, the keys to success, but also the Mahabharatar, the Vedas from India, the Ramayama, the Quran. And I can show you many spiritual texts of Zohar, how all around the world spiritual texts have been around for thousands of years do reveal the secrets that science now is proving to be true. So look for that as well. And make sure you subscribe, hit the bell button. Share this with as many people as you can and make sure you do. Leave comments I read all the comments. Leave comments. We're going to be getting to those comments, and I'll be answering your questions here in the show, taking some of the recommendations that you want for topics discussed on the show and so forth. So thanks for joining us. Glad to be here. By the way, if you have not seen some of the previous shows, I just started broadcasting this show a few months ago. If you wanted to binge watch anything, don't go to Netflix or Hulu or prime or whatever. Amazon prime or whatever. If you want to binge watch something that's free, that will improve the quality of your life, reveal things from behind the curtain, things that are going to uplift you, motivate you, inspire you, and make your life better. Binge watch the Kevin Trudeau shows. There's one interview that I did, by the way. It's not part of the Kevin Trudeau show channel here on YouTube. Oh, one more thing. As you know, we're broadcasting live on YouTube, but we also broadcast on Rumble, and we are on all the other social media. I will be putting different things up on the various social media platforms. I would highly encourage you to subscribe and be a follower on Facebook and X and Instagram. Also go to Rumble. And the reason I say that is right now there's a lot more material on Rumble than here on YouTube. Why? And if you don't know, there's a lot of censorship going on. Guys have been kicked off YouTube for saying one word that is offensive or misinformation. There was a gentleman who was going to broadcast a live show on YouTube. It wasn't broadcast. And he said the subject is going to be x. So he put that up on YouTube and he said, you know, Thursday there's going to be a live broadcast on this subject. The show hadn't even aired. The content wasn't there. It was just the show title, which was completely fine. YouTube already labeled it as misinformation. How do they know it's misinformation? They haven't seen the show yet. So as you know, the amount of censorship is off the charts. So I don't even know how long I'll be here on YouTube. So I'm going to really encourage you to go to rumble. Stuff that I can't put here is on rumble. And I'll be broadcast, and I'll be actually recording things and putting it on rumble that I wouldn't even dare. I wouldn't even dare to put here up on YouTube. So make sure you join Rumble. And I will tell you this. I launched a show a few months ago. I told everybody I don't have to do this. I don't get paid to do this. Any revenue that comes in from the show goes directly to the Federal Trade Commission to pay the amount that the government has ordered me to pay or to pay my lawyers. I do not make one penny. And I don't have to do this. I can retire. I know this material. Don't need to do this. I'm doing this for two reasons. Number one, I want to meet that obligation to the government even though I completely disagree with it and think it's completely unjust and completely unfair. That's fine. And secondly, so many of you have begged and asked me to put this out so that you have access to free, life changing information. Many of you have sent in emails and letters and cards to me. I get thousands and thousands of them. And you see the comments. If you read the comments here, people's lives are being positively impacted by this show. And the information that I'm revealing. It is a mission. It is a purpose, but I don't have to do it. And I will tell you this, only you can help this show grow by sharing the video, by putting it on your social media, by sharing these videos, by sending it out to your email list, by telling your friends, relatives and neighbors about the show. I went into a tailor the other day. I walked in, he goes, you're Kevin Trudeau. I'm watching your show. I'd never heard about you before, but someone came in and they mentioned you and they told me I should watch your show. And he says, I love it. Word of mouth. It's up to you. In the next few months, if I don't have hundreds of thousands of followers or what do they call them? Followers or subscribers, right? If I don't have hundreds of thousands of subscribers, I'll just turn the key off and shut it and we'll call it a day and wrap again. I'm doing this for you, not for me. So it's up to you whether or not this show continues or not. Share it. Subscribe, hit the bell button, leave comments to help the algorithm. Tell everybody about the show. [00:07:38] Speaker B: All right. [00:07:38] Speaker C: Now, today I want to share something with you that most of you probably have not seen. As you know, I have a course called your wish is your command, how to manifest your goals, dreams and desires. That's 14 hours of training. It's free. When somebody becomes a member in the global information network, that's the only way you can get it. You can't buy it anymore. It cost $10,000 a person back 25 years ago. That's about $50,000 today to people to attend the live training that I recorded. And that's a life changing program. I got interviewed by a good friend of mine, a very successful person, trained with Tony Robbins for many, many years. One of the top motivational, inspirational speakers in the world. Incredibly knowledgeable about manifesting goals, dreams and desires. Great communicator, great speaker, very inspirational, very motivational, gives great content. He has supplied it in his life in a multitude of businesses, and it has worked. And now he's helping other people achieve their goals, dreams and desires. His name is Peter Sage. Peter knows the material. Not just knows about the material, but there's depth of knowledge that you can get. As you know, I was in the brotherhood, a secret society where I was trained on information that goes back hundreds and thousands of years. Success principles that aren't in any books. So Peter invited me to go on a private broadcast for some of his people, and he interviewed me, and it wasn't much of an interview. He asked a question in the beginning and I just basically talked for an hour and a half and he asked a few questions at the end. So it really wasn't much of an interview. It was more of a lecture that I gave on the ten steps on how to manifest your goals, dreams, and desires. A few people have seen that that have actually gone through your wishes, your command, and said, my gosh, this is like the summation. This is brilliant. I have so many cognitions, I have so many new understandings now about how to apply these techniques that some of the basic techniques are taught in think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill. Ask. And it is given by Esther Hicks, the teachings of Abraham, the magic of believing, and some of the other books that I recommended on the show. This particular interview, or talk, if you take notes and pay attention and apply it, it works. It works 100% of the time. It virtually is the success system that never fails. But most of you can't find it. It's not on the YouTube. There's a little edited version on there which just gives you a taste. I got the whole version. So on today's show, I'm going to show you free of charge. I'm giving you a $5,000 seminar right now, today, free of charge, and it's going to be available to you. I don't know how long. I'll keep it up here on YouTube and Rumble. It's also, we're also broadcast on Spotify and Apple Podcast. And you can check us out there and subscribe there as well. The more places you subscribe, that's what you need to do. If you want me to be on the air, you need to do your part. But I'm going to show you right now that interview. So first, Peter Sage comes on and gives a little introduction to me, and then I will talk on the ten steps to how to manifest your goals, dreams and desires. And I'll tell you, people have been doing backflips. I did this extemporaneously without any notes. I think you're going to love it. Matter of fact, I know not only are you going to love it, but if you apply it, you will start manifesting your goals, dreams and desires faster and easier than ever before. And I'm giving it to you right now for free. Here's my talk with Peter Sage. [00:11:38] Speaker B: If a person has gone through a rough road and has overcome those things, that person has a lot of experience. Sometimes you call them battle hardened or battle experienced. They have a lot more knowledge than somebody who's been given that silver spoon. [00:11:59] Speaker A: So when it comes to mentors, when it comes to people that have walked a path that has got the battle scars to prove it, and have fallen down and got up and actually learned from that and are able to share that information, that's what I want to bring to the table for you guys today. The gentleman that I'm going to be handing over to in a moment is an incredible gentleman. And it's somebody that I is more than capable of giving advice and many different accolades. Anyone looking to write or publish a book at some point? Kevin has produced more New York Times number one bestsellers, have sold more millions of copies of books, been on the number one list of the New York Times bestseller for and weeks and weeks in a row many times. The New York Times called him the master of modern day marketing. The Wall street journalist called him America's marketing guru. He's built billions and billions of dollars of business. And the reason that I want to bring him in today isn't to teach you marketing. It's because he has some information to share with you that is very much in alignment with a lot of the things that you're learning through the EMF. And Kevin was the first person to really expose me to the information that was taught by the secret societies. Kevin. I first came across Kevin early in my journey in personal growth, some close to 30 years ago now, when, if you recall anyone seen my interview with Roger Brooks on american realm, and in part two of that, I talk about three key skills that for the time it takes to learn, for the ROI that it gives you for the rest of your life, is an excellent choice of skill to learn. And one of those was memory training. And I first came across Kevin when he became one of the most successful trainers and teachers of memory in the history of the game. Again, that was 30 odd years ago. And some of you, I know, have also thought, oh, who is Kevin? When we put the email out, I went and had a little look online, and some of you came back and says, oh, hang on a minute. They don't seem to be some very nice things written about Kevin. Well, I'm sure he'll address that. But you can also say the same about me. Yeah, there's some, not many nice things been written about me by people who are either unqualified to make the comment that is their opinion, or they have an agenda to prevent the things that are being taught from being taught. And I think you'll see very clearly and very quickly that's really what was going against Kevin. He's been exceptionally courageous in his passion for wanting to assist people. But coming back to what I said about advice and opinion, I assess people in terms of the value that they bring based upon the value that I get. Who would think that that's a fair assessment to make? Doesn't mean to say you have to like them, doesn't mean to say that you need to hang out with them. Doesn't mean say you've ever met them, but you can actually really assess the benefit of somebody and look at their character based upon the value that they bring and their intention to serve. And that's why I chose to bring Kevin on today. Not only is he a mentor to me, not only have I learned a huge amount in my journey thanks to this person, not only has he demonstrated what I would call a huge amount of courage, but his willingness to want to share that with others is something that I certainly relate to and a big reason why a lot of you were attracted to the work that I teach as well. So, without further ado, we're going to go for probably about an hour or so with Kevin. I know he's got a lot he wants to share. And please assess Kevin on the value he brings to the table, not on what some third rate reporter wants to try and put online, because we can all play that game if we want to drop our level of consciousness to that point, and then we're going to have some q and A at the end. And it's my intention and my hope here that this is going to be an amazing call for all of us. So, on that note, Kevin, what an absolute pleasure to have you here, my friend. [00:16:14] Speaker B: Well, Peter, it's fantastic. It's an honor and a privilege to be here. Thank you so much for inviting me for all the people watching right now, you are blessed to have a teacher and a mentor like Peter. He is a spectacular guy, an intelligent guy. But the experience and his ability to communicate that information to you and help transform people is really second to none. So you are all blessed to have Peter as a mentor. And Peter is a very, very dear friend of mine. He's been there, and obviously we both have gone through challenges in our life. But there was a saying by Earl Nightingale. Some people remember Earl Nightingale with Nightingale Koenig Corporation. He wrote the strangest secret. And Earl Nightingale said, successful people are not people without problems. They're people who've learned how to overcome their problems. And that's really where it comes down to when you listen to people. And Peter talked about advice. You need to be listening to people that have what you want and have been where you are. If a person has gone through a rough road and has overcome those things, that person has a lot of experience. Sometimes you call them battle hardened or battle experienced. They have a lot more knowledge than somebody who's been given that silver spoon or somebody who's had kind of a smooth, easy road. They may not know what adversity is, or how to overcome it, or how to deal with it. But when you listen and get mentored or coached or advised or counseled by people who have had some rough times and have overcome them, there's a lot there that you can grasp and learn. Years ago, back in the seventies, and I'm a lot older than a lot of people think I'm old. But years ago, back in the seventies, I was brought into a secret organization called the Brotherhood. And the Brotherhood worked with Skull and bones from Yale University, Bohemian Grove, Bilderberg Group, and the highest level of Freemasonry. In these organizations, we were taught success principles, success recipes, success formulas, and also how to move and manipulate energy with the power of our mind. How to create reality with the power of our mind really isn't talked about in the mainstream. But this is what is taught behind closed doors. It's not so much enlightenment which you can learn from Yogananda, the great guru, or different Swami's Muktananda's line and Siddha yoga, or if you follow that type of thing. There are a lot of gurus out there that I've known and I've been with and I've lived with. I've been down to the home and stayed with a very famous gurus, a close, dear friend of mine. And that's enlightenment, that's spiritual awakening. But what we're going to talk about today is manifesting goals, dreams and desires. This is nothing I invented. This is something that I was taught. When I was taught this, I applied this in real life, and the results were spectacular. When I saw within my organization, it was taught to others and they applied it, they got spectacular results. And in my career, there were people that came into my world and the various companies I had around the world, whether it was the Golf channel that I launched in the UK, or Shop America, which was a shopping channel we launched in the UK and a couple other tv networks around the world or some of the other businesses around the world that collectively have been about $25 billion in sales in today's market. Some of the people that came into my inner circle, I selectively taught them some of these principles. They applied them, and over 100 people became multimillionaires. These are people that. One guy was a ups truck driver when he came to me, no education, didn't come from the right side of the tracks. Another guy was worked at a travel agency. He had just got married. He lived in a studio apartment with his wife, one room, because he had no money. And he's a multi, multi, multi millionaire today. And on and on and on. The principles work when you apply them. Now, the question you may ask is, Kevin, are you going to be sharing with me anything different than what's taught in Napoleon Hill's book think and grow rich, or in all of the success books that are out there or taught by all of the success gurus or things that we're learning with Peter? Look, there's a lot of people out there that have good communication skills that know about this material, but there are very few who know this material, and there's a difference. Knowing it is completely different. I was interviewed by a chinese newspaper, and she was, the reporter was asking me about China. What do I think about China? And I said, I've never been to China. She goes, but what do you think about China and the politics? I don't know. I don't have an opinion. I've never been there. I would just be sharing you some off the cuff opinion about something I know little about, but clearly something I don't know. So there's a difference between knowing and knowing about. So I'm going to share with you a recipe, and you can write these down. I think there's some very powerful notes here. Some of you may think, well, this sounds similar, but it's really not. Now, it's a recipe for manifesting goals, dreams and desires. Is it the only recipe? In America, we have chili cook offs. I don't know if any one of you have eaten chili before. Some people like chili, but in America, it's kind of a big thing. We have these chili cook offs, and ten or 20 chili expert cooks will come in, cook their best chili, and then we'll see which one has the best chili. Well, chili is chili. I mean, it's got like a tomato base. It's got some ground beef in there. Sometimes they put beans in there. There's only so many different spices and things. However, everyone's chili recipe is different. Some people use beans, some people don't use beans. Some people use onion. Some people don't use onion. Some people use ground beef. Some people brown the beef first before they put it into the tomato base. Other people just put the raw beef in the tomato base. There's all these different methods of cooking it and different ingredients and different ratios to one ingredient to the other. And invariably, all the chilies are good. There's no bad chili there, but one of them maybe wins the prize. I'm going to share with you something that I know works. It's worked not only for me, it was taught to me in the brotherhood. It's worked for people, everybody that I've talked to that I remember, I was in this guy's house. He had a $35 million mansion in Palm beach. He had all the, you know, the servants there, full crew of servants, the butler, the maid, the chef, the bodyguard, the gardeners, all full time super wealthy guy, Wall street guy. And I was asking him, does he use these principles? And as I outlined him, he looked at me and looked at me and looked at me, and he said, I've never really thought about it, but now that you mention them, that's exactly what I do. So sometimes very successful people innately know that these principles are what is required. They have this innate automatic sense that this is what will work. So I'm going to share with you some things, and if you apply them, I do know that you will see results if you want to achieve goals, dreams, and desires. There's one thing that is missing virtually from every book that I've read and you read, and there's a lot of great books, by the way. There's a lot of great courses out there. There's a lot of great speakers and teachers on success. But there's one thing that I've never seen. This is the first thing I was taught in a brotherhood. They said, kevin, if you want to change and improve something in your life, if you want to get something, if you want to get and improve your income, if you want a new car, if you want better status, if you want to improve your health, if you want to change the shape of your body, if you want to get over the fear of public speaking, if you want a relationship, a passionate relationship, if you want even enlightenment and basically to have a sense of inner peace and joy, regardless of external conditions, the first thing you have to do is hate the situation you're in right now. You have to experience pain. This is never talked about. You have to look at what you have and start despising it. It's something I can't live with anymore. This negative energy is what condenses. Negative energy condenses. Positive energy expands. You need to have condensed energy first so that you can release that power and manifest things, that condensing of energy. People very rarely do think about this, even in the movie Star wars, some of you, Star wars, the evil emperor talks to Darth Vader, and he says, your anger makes you focus. And it's true, because anger is contracted energy. I remember I was in Mississippi at a friend of mine's house, kind of in the south, in America, a little laid back, slow kind of country area. He had a nice house with a big porch on it, and it was kind of an old porch made of wood, you know, wood planks there. And he had this old hound dog, this big old hound dog like you would in the south, in America. And I remember I was sitting out there, and we were both in rocking chairs, drinking some iced tea. It was a hot summer day, and this hound dog is lying on the. On the porch. And every once in a while, the hound dog would kind of gently raise his head and he would whine. He'd go, oh, and put his head back. And me and my friend are talking, and a few minutes later, the dog would go, oh, put his head back. A few minutes later, he'd go and put his head down. I said to my friend, I go, what's wrong with your dog? And he goes, oh, he's sleeping on a nail. And I said, well, why won't he move? And he said, well, it doesn't hurt him that bad. Think about that. It's like, okay, it hurts, but not enough to make me want to get up and move. Do you understand this? You need to have hurt, that you are not going to take this anymore so much that it condenses the energy so that you can move, that you have to move. There's no other choice but move, which means create what you want in your life. Without this element, you don't have motivation, you don't have inspiration, you don't have drive, you don't have enthusiasm. These are the key elements of manifesting things in your life. People manifest things in your life. They bump out, jump out of bed in the morning because they need to make something happen. They're focused, they're excited, they're determined, they're enthusiastic, they're motivated, they're driven, because it's not, you're not being driven by wanting something. You're really more driven by eliminating the pain that you have. This is very powerful. You see, when you really look at, you want a new car? Oh, my car's fine. You want a new house. Something wrong with this house. You're never going to get a new one. You got to start looking at this house. I'm sick of this place. You need to get sick and tired, as the saying goes. You need to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. You need to get pain, you need to have hurt. You need to basically look at this with disgust because this is going to contract that energy so that you can make a decision. You see that contracting of energy, that pain forces you to make a decision that, I'm going to change this. That's it, period. And that decision in the universe, if you could actually see energy, and I've seen people make decisions and I see how the energy shifts in their whole field. And I tell them, let me tell you what's happening, and I can point out what's happening going, that's exactly right. The whole universe is like yawning at you when you say, I'm going to increase my income by 50%. Yeah, I'm going to. My dream is to get a new car. Yeah. My dream is to lose 20 pounds. Yeah. And the universe goes, okay, all right, when you get serious, call us. We ain't getting involved. But when you make a decision, the whole universe stands up and everything changes. And they go, uh oh, a great motivational speaker. And I'm not sure who it was. It could have been Cabot, Robert, or my good friend Ed Foreman. The late Ed Foreman. Or Charlie tremendous Jones. My late friend, the Charlie tremendous Jones. Or my late friend Doctor Norman Vincent Peale. All my friends are dead, by the way, all my great motivational speaker friends and trainers, but they were brilliant. And one of them talked about this exact fact. They said, the whole world will either get out of the way or come to the aid of the person who is determined to get someplace and knows exactly where they're going. That comes from making a decision. Success is a decision away. When I first heard that, I thought, that's too simplistic. But then when I understand the energetics behind it, how it works in the universe, how it works in the field, how it changes your vibrational frequency, and how it changes the whole universe to work, actually to conspire on your behalf to help you manifest what you want. Now I understand the power of making that decision, and that can only come from experience pain. So that's number one. Number two, you need to then, from the point of not liking the house, not liking the car, looking at yourself in the mirror in your underwear or naked and getting disgusted, I remember there's the ex secretary of state in the United States, Mike Pompeo. He blew up like a balloon when he was secretary of state and became very, very obese. I saw him on tv and he was thin and in phenomenal shape. I almost didn't recognize him, but I thought, who's this good looking guy? And I go, that's not Mike Pompeo. And it was. I called him, I said, hey, I can't believe how good you look. And he goes, thanks. I go, what happened? And he goes, I looked in the mirror when I was naked. I came out of the shower and I realized how disgusting I looked and how disgusting I felt. And I just got so disgusted, I just stood there for five full minutes feeling disgust. And he goes, that was it. That's all I needed. You understand? See, that's all he needed. He needed to contract that energy. And then he goes, im going to look like I did when I was in West Point. He goes, Kevin, then that day, not the next day, that day, I started exercising and changed my diet. That day, I was determined I was going to change this. Do you understand that you have to get that disgust, but that drives you when youre disgusted with how you look or your car or your income or the fact that your bills arent paid or you cant do the things you want, you can't pay for education for your kids or you can't get the things you want. You can't travel the way you want, you can't go where you want, you can't live the lifestyle you want, whatever it is. That's when you can then clearly define what you want. As Napoleon Hill says, define your dream, because he actually lays this out in the phrase define your dream and get a burning desire for its achievement. That's fine. I'm just changing the order here so it's clear. The way you get the burn, the burning desire is by the pain that gives you the burning desire to get something. Because you're really burning desire to change something. So it's this beautiful balance between I want to eliminate this and get this and replace it with this. It's a balance, but it only comes not from wanting, it comes from the pain. So define from the pain. You don't like the car? You're tired of it. Define exactly what you want, specifically what you want. And expand that dream. Create what you can call an ideal scene. What's the ideal scene for your life? What's the ideal scene for your relationship? What's the ideal scene for your health and the way your body looks and feels? What's the ideal scene for your enlightenment? State your joy, your love, your bliss, inner bliss. I mean, you want to be in a state of high consciousness and awareness. So that regardless of what people say to you, regardless of what people write about you, regardless of what people do to you, regardless of your circumstances and conditions in life, you still are experiencing within you this everlasting joy, bliss and peace that surpasses all human understanding. Because you know who you are. Isn't that. I mean, maybe that's not important to some of you. Someone says, let me make a lot of money first, then I'll worry about being banned. Trust me, Kevin, money will make me happy. Okay, well, it won't, but make a lot of money and then you'll figure out that that doesn't give it to you. And then maybe you'll go down a different road and do them parallel. There's nothing wrong with having financial success, but it's not going to give you really what you're seeking. Hey, there's a lot of successful people out there. I remember Robin Williams. What a talented guy. Actor, comedian. Beautiful, beautiful person. Giving, generous, so depressed, so miserable. His whole life. He had it all. Everyone loved him. Everyone loved him around the world, had a wonderful family that loved him. Friends loved him, the public loved him. No controversy. Depressed, miserable. Kills himself. Why? Because all those things aren't going to give you that something that's missing, that magic. But step two, define your dream. Expand your dream. What is your ideal scene? So create exactly what you want. If you want a new car, what kind of car, what color, how much does it cost? Have you done some dream building? I mean, think about exactly what you want. That's step two. Step three is a magical step. You have to write it down. Write down what you want. Why? Why is that so important? I mean, people foo through this all the time. If you look at energy, first part of energy is a wave. An electron is a wave. When it's observed, it becomes a particle. This is how energy works. When you have a thought about what you want, first, it becomes a wave. When you really focus on it and think specifically about what you want, it becomes a particle in the universe or in your field. So I can look at somebody, for example, I do this on one on ones all the time, and they'll get on the phone, then I'll say, ah, red porsche. And they'll go, how did you know that? I go, it's right in your field. I can see it. It's like, clear as a bell. You're really focusing on it. So they converted the wave into a particle, so it becomes real mass in the field. But in order to convert it into the physical universe, you have to take a piece of paper and you have to write it down. So you have to write down specifically what you want. Somebody said, well, can't I just type it into my computer? Yeah, you can. It's better if you write it down because there's more mass. You're adding it into the physical universe at just a higher level. You can then transfer it into the computer. That's fine. And there's nothing wrong with typing in the computer. It's a little better if you write it down. Get into the habit of doing that. Writing something down changes everything. Zig. Ziglar. Some people don't know who he is. He was a very good friend of mine. We traveled around the world together with Brian Tracy, another good friend. Charlie tremendous Jones, Ed Foreman. These are all good friends of mine. Brian Tracy is still alive, by the way. I was just talking to him the other day. Wayne Dyer. All these guys all say the same thing. The must, the must, the must, the must. Write down specifically what you want. I was just talking to a guy the other day. We were doing a one on one session, and he said, you know, I learned this from you years ago, Kevin. And when I did, I got so excited, I grabbed the piece of paper, and I wrote down about 20 things that I wanted to accomplish, and I put that piece of paper away, and I moved. And he goes, six months ago, I was going through all my old boxes, and I found that piece of paper that I wrote about four years ago. He says, kevin, can you believe that? Everything on that list had manifested in my life? But the most important thing is I forgot about them. Once I thought about them and wrote them down, it was like I didn't pursue it. I wasn't interested. I stopped thinking about it. It no longer became a dream, but it manifested anyway. This is powerful. There is power in writing something down. So you have to write down specifically what you want. Step four, there's a concept called Dream Building, and I learned this again in my organization. And it was also taught by a guy named Dexter Jaeger, who's a good friend of mine in the Amway business. He had the largest downline in the Amway organization worldwide. He was called the master Dream builder. But I learned this in the brotherhood as a very powerful, specific technique. This also intensifies the energy toward what you want, so it magnetizes and comes into your life, that it virtually is attracted into your life or created your life. Dream building is where, let's say you want a car, okay? You write down the car, go to the car dealership, look at that car, touch that car. Because when you physically touch something in the physical universe, things change. Sit in the car, smell the car, look at the price of the car, study the car. But it's touching and feeling. If you want a Rolex watch, go touch and feel the Rolex watch. Put it on. Have somebody take a picture with you. Having the Rolex watch on this is powerful. This little trick, it's not really a trick, because it's all energy. It's really a mathematical formula, will start attracting that into your life much faster. If you want a nice home, go look at nice homes. In other words, this is your exercise called dream building. If what you want, you want a plane, go look at planes. Go look at them. Okay, well, I can't go sit in a plane. Maybe you can find it out. Figure it out. Put some research, put some time, try to touch, feel, smell. Use all your senses with the items that you want. Somebody says, what if I don't want an item? What if I want just a better relationship? How do. How do I picture that? How do I do that? Okay. You can't touch and feel it, but maybe you can go out into the park and look at lovers that are holding hands and imagine what kind of relationship they have. Maybe they're looking at each other in love, and you want to be in that type of relationship. You can do the best you can, even with the things that aren't physical. But dream building is critical. Back before the computer, some people wanted to travel, and so they said, kevin, how can I dream build? I want to go to Tahiti. I want to go to Bora Bora. I want to go to the Maldives. How do I dream build? I go. Go to the travel agency and get brochures. So they would go to the travel agency and get brochures. It's even easier now. You can just go online and print everything. So it's perfect. Get pictures. Years ago, we called it a dream board. Then the name changed to a vision board, which is a big old board where you put pictures of all your dreams, all the things you want, so you can look at it and see it and focus on it. And it is a reminder of these are the things you want. Dream building is critical. Dream build. Next. When you know what you want, here's the formula or the recipe. At this stage, and it's a critical recipe, you have to see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as if you were actually in possession of that thing. If you want a great relationship, picture in your mind, yourself, in your ideal relationship, you and that your lover, holding hands, looking at each other. She's looking at you, he's looking at you in so much love. You're looking at them and feeling your heart flutter. Can't keep your hands off each other. You talk, talk, talk. You just love communicating. You love being in each other's company. You laugh, you have great passionate lovemaking, etcetera, etcetera, whatever your picture is. Picture that and then feel now as you would feel if you were actually in possession of what you want. That's the feeling. This is critical. And this is a critical part of the recipe. It's a critical element. Picture and feel now as if you are already in possession of it. Sounds simple. We can do this. And this is where almost everybody screws up. If you feel like you want and need something, if you feel like you lack something now, and your emotional state will change once you get what you want, you will never attain it. Because if you're feeling lack or wanting or needing or have to have, nothing will happen. So the secret sauce here is after you picture yourself in possession of what you want and feel now as if you were already in possession of it, you're in that state. I'm actually in possession of the poorest. I'm driving the poorest and I feel great, man, I can't. This is such a great feeling because look at all my friends. [00:44:05] Speaker A: Hahaha. [00:44:06] Speaker B: Oh, I feel great. You know, I feel on top of the world. Yeah, yeah. Look at them. I know what they're thinking. I know what they're talking about me and me I'm doing. Success is the best revenge. Here's the magic then. You have to release and let go of any attachment to actually having it. You actually have to then say, but it's totally okay if I never get that Porsche. And when you release the attachment to having to have it, when you say, but it's totally okay if I never get it, maintain the same feeling. So you release the Porsche. I no longer have the Porsche, but feel exactly the same way. This is the magic. Because now you don't care if you get it or not. Because who cares if you get it? You're already feeling the same way as if you did get it. And since getting it, really, I want to get it because I want to feel that way. But wait a minute. I'm already feeling that way. Sure, I still want it. I mean, I'd like to get it. It'd be nice to have, but I don't have to get it because I'm already feeling as if I had it, even though I don't. So I really don't care if I get it. When that happens, the magical thing occurs in your life. You're the one who says, when I least expected it, that's when it happened. We've all said that. When I least expected. Why? Because you. You released. You surrendered. You let go the need of actually having it. So you weren't even expecting it anymore. That's when it comes. That's the power, the release. Next number seven. You have your dreams, your goal, your big picture item of what you want. But realistically, that ideal scene for your life could happen five years from now, two years from now. A long time. It's a dream. Now, doing these steps, eliminate what Gordon Ramsay told me. Gordon Ramsay said, you have to have a dream, but you can't live in a dream world. In other words, you can't be delusional. So you have these big dreams. You feel now as if you were already in possession of them. You release the attachment to them. But you're going to be in a dream world. You have to do the next step. The next step is you break down that dream into a singular chief aim. A chief aim is something that you know you can attain in six months to one year. Not a dream, not a wish, but it's something you can attain within six months to a year. This is where a lot of people miss Napoleon Hill's statement. Napoleon Hill is famous for saying, whatever the mind of man can conceive and bring itself to believe it can achieve. But they forget the comma. There's a comma there. And it says, within reason. He says, within reason. I remember Zig. Ziglar was given a motivational speech. You can do anything real, rah, rah, real enthusiastic. You're a winner. Whatever you can dream, you can achieve. And the reporter grabbed this after the presentation. We were sharing the stage that day. And the reporter says, hey, you're a pretty positive, motivated guy, Mister Ziegler. Yep. So do you think you can attain anything and do anything with a positive attitude? And Zig said, actually, you can't do anything with a positive attitude, but you can do everything better than with a negative attitude. And I laughed. And then. And that made really sense. You can't do anything, but you can do everything better. So your goal has to be reasonable. Your dream can be unreasonable. Your vision, your dream can be so big it may take three lifetimes to accomplish. So your dream can be unreasonable. And the bigger your dream, the better. But then you have to now get realistic if you really want to make things happen. Because you have to come out of the dream world, out of delusion, out of fantasy land. Hey, welcome to fantasy. I see people all the time, I'm going to do this and this and this. And I go, welcome to Fantasy island. You're nothing but a delusional person. And they're like, what are you? I'm just. I go, you're delusional. Smack, smack, smack. And I'm doing this because I love them, not because I'm being mean to them. I don't like being mean. I'm doing them because I want to snap them out of their stupid state and get them so they can actually manifest stuff. Because they've been saying this for ten years and they haven't moved in their income. Nothing's changed in their life. It ain't working. So you have to break your dream down into a chief aim, something that you know that you can achieve in six months to a year. Hey, let's say you're 30 pounds overweight. My chief aim is in one year to lose ten pounds. Well, heck, you can do that. That's not impossible. That's not even a stretch. So your chief aim is something you can achieve within six months to a year. And let me tell you a little secret here. I was with a guy. We were doing a business deal, and it was. The company was doing about $100 million, I think. And we were taking it public. And he says, okay, what's the estimate for the next year? And I says, oh, we can. I think we can hit 200 million. I think we can hit 200 million. And he took his pad of paper. He had a pad of paper because he was writing notes. He took his pad of paper and he threw it at me. Now, this guy's worth hundreds of millions of dollars at the time. In today's money, probably close to a billion. I go, what did I do wrong? And he goes, you give me a number that not only that you know that you can hit, but you know you can beat. And I said, wait a minute, are you telling me that if I told you we can do 200 million and I came in at 190 million, that's not good. But if I told you I could do 110 million and came in at 115 million, that's better. And he goes, yes. I go, no, it's not. 190 million is more than 115 million. He goes, it's not the number, it's beating your estimate that creates a winner. Once you get a win, you get momentum. Success or a win builds confidence, and then confidence creates activity. Proper activity creates winning or success habits. Success habits creates results. Results creates more success. So success creates. It's a momentum cycle. So when you set a chief aim, you have to set a chief aim that you know you can hit and you know you can do it sooner than the time limit you put it on. So the chief aim has to be specific with a time limit, but it's got to be set up so that you know you can win. Listen, this is a game. And you write, you're writing the rules. Write the rules so that you always win, because that creates success. It creates confidence, creates momentum. We see it in sports all the time. Teams not doing well. And then they say all they're trying to do is get some little victories here so they can build some confidence up. You need victories, you need wins. You need to set a goal and not only achieve it, but surpass it and surpass it sooner than the date that you put. This creates momentum, confidence. It's a momentum cycle. Very powerful. So break down your goal, your dream, into achieve. Aim something that you can easily hit within six months to a year that you know you can. Then you break down that into an objective. Now, look, let's look at military. Military is a good example of this. The dream is to win the war. Let's say in the second world war, the dream was to win the war. Okay, good. What's our chief aim? Our chief aim is to land on the beaches of Normandy and get a. And get a foothold. So we have a chief aim. Okay, good. What's our objective after that? Our objective is going to be, let's get to con. Let's get Montgomery to get to con. D day plus five. So we have an objective. We have a time limit, something that we can achieve in a short period of time. An objective is something that you need to get to on your road to the dream. So if you look, it goes this way. First you have the dream over here. This is far away. Then you have your chief aim, and then over here, you have your objective, and here's you. So you're going, in order to get to the dream, I have to hit this objective, this chief aim that gets me closer to my dream. And every time we attain or reach an objective, reach our chief aim, we set a new chief aim and a new objective. And then a new chief aim and a new objective. This is how people build things. They're always going toward the target. They know where they're going. Having specificity is really significant and important. So you have to have your chief aim, and you have to have your objective. And again, they must be written down right in that wall over there, I got my dream. Right at the top, and then right below it, I got our chief aim. And then right below that, I got our objective. Now, the objective is something that you're going to. Sometimes you can call that a goal, an objective or a goal. That's something you want to achieve within one month to three months. And again, something, you know, as long as you do the actions, you can get it. It's not fantasy. It's not. It's not something that's, you know, outrageous. It's reasonable. So set your objective, write it down with your objective. When you look at your objective, here's where the rubber meets the road. Now, you say, what do I have to do? What action step do I have to take tomorrow? What is the action step? Okay, I want to put on an event in September. Okay, so what is the action step? That's an objective could be achieved, aim could be the goal, something you want. What are the action steps? I have to find a hotel that has the room and the availability on the dates I want. I have to sign a contract and negotiate the contract with the hotel, the rooms and the AV. Then I have to put up the registration on a website. Then I have to market it. You can think of all the things. So you grab a piece of paper, my friend, and you start writing all of the action steps that are needed, the actual action steps that are needed. Or if you don't know the action step, you write down the end result. Like get contract signed. That's an end result. Get contract signed. In order to get the contract signed, an action step is, I need to call Tammy at the Hyatt, that's my action step. And tell her to send me the contract. The next action step is to read the contract. The next action step is to call Tammy and negotiate the language of the contract. Do you understand? My objective is sign the contract. But there's a lot of action steps that have to be written. Write them down. When you write this down, the whole universe now realize you are serious because you're actually writing something in the physical universe. By writing it down. You can put it on a computer later. That's fine. In your to do list, or however you do it, I use a paper system, but you can use a digital system, but your to do list, your action steps are critical. And every day you have to look at your dream, your chief aim, your objective, and your action steps, and you have to say, am I getting closer here? Am I getting closer? So how do you do this? You chart your progress. The last step, you chart your progress with statistics. Everything has to be measurable. Otherwise you will confuse activity with accomplishment. And that's not my phrase. I learned that from zig Ziglar. Confusing activity with accomplishment. Most people do that. They're not getting anything done, but they're always busy. But if you chart your progress, and I'll give you an example, when I say chart your progress, this is a chart that's a graph. It's done in a very specific way. The downline is bad, it's red. The uplines are good, it's black. So this is a specific graph. It's very important that it's eight and a half by eleven, unless you're using an a four. If you're in Europe, that it's a long way. Not this way, it's this way. These numbers are weekly. You graph charts almost always weekly. That's the best unit of time. Sometimes monthly, sometimes quarterly. Weekly is found historically to be the best, sometimes daily. If it's a short project you're working on, sometimes daily. But weekly gives you trends and the trend. You want the line to be going up. Now, if you look at this particular one here, there's an art to reading this. Someone says, this is like a great line. Look at this line going up. Yeah, but look at the line from here to here. It's not going up that much. If you were to draw a line right across, it's almost flat. So that's the real graph. So if you really look, the graph goes from here to here and then to here. So it went up and then it's flat. So we need to get this to go steeper. By looking at this, we know what we have to do. We now come up with what action steps do we have to take to make that happen? This is how stuff is created. People always think, well, I always thought the law of attraction said you can just sit there and do nothing, and, you know, everything would just be coming into your life. Look, you can sit there and do nothing. And what will come into your life? What will come into your mind? The universe will tell you what to do. That's what comes people say. Kevin, you always said, don't worry about the how. Your training balance scale that you taught us says, spend 90% of your attitude, 90% of the time on your thoughts and your thinking, on your vibration, on your feelings, and only 20% on the technique, on the methods, on the systems, on the to do and the actions. That's true. Doesn't say 0%, it says 20%, not zero. Because what happens is when you don't know what to do, but you picture the dream, you picture the ideal scene, the universe. When you make that decision, you go through these steps, the universe will then pop in your mind. I know what to do now. I need to call this person. I need to check that out. I need to go here. I need to do that. All of a sudden, you get motivated, and actually, it's really different than motivation. You get inspired to take action, and now you actually love the process of creating, because that's what the joy is. You've heard the phrase, success is a journey, not a destination. The journey is the reward, not the destination. Why is that? We are creative beings when we are in the process of creating something out of joy and love. We love to do this. We love the joy of creating because we feel now as if we would and will feel when we actually achieve what we want. That's why we get what we want. Our feeling doesn't change. If you look at guys who started businesses when they were working out of their garage, they were in a state of bliss working out of their garage, and they didn't have two nickels to rub together. They were eating tuna fish out of a can, and then all of a sudden they build Apple computer and they felt the same way. I was talking to a guy, were at the golden door spa for a week. He was one of the founders of Google a guy's worth, I don't know how many billions, I'm not going to ask him, but he was one of the beginning guys, and he's retired, he's in his thirties, and he was, I am traveling the world and blah, blah, blah. I asked him, I said, when you started, were you making any money? No. Were you happy? I was so happy, it was unbelievable. And I says, when you made money, did things change? And he goes, not really. If anything, I became a little less happy because I had all the stress and pressure. Isn't that interesting? Because he achieved it, because he felt then as if he thought he would feel when he attained what he was looking to attain. But it's not about attaining it, it's about building it. Listen, you go to see kids on the beach and they say, I want to build a sandcastle, or in the snow, I want to build a snowman. Where's the fun here? They didn't say, I want to have a snowman. I want to have a sandcastle. Oh, little Johnny, little Susie, you want a sandcastle? I'll bring in an architect here. We're going to build you the perfect sandcastle. Then I'll give it to you. They're going to go, no, I want to build a sandcastle. Yeah, but it's not going to be as good as the one I build with these ten guys. I don't care. I want to build a sandcastle. I want to build a snowman. I want to build a fort. Even though it's going to be terrible, they don't want a fort. You understand? We love creating. So when you follow these steps, you all of a sudden get in alignment where you're now creating. And that gives you immense joy, even though you don't have yet what you want, because you've also released the attachment to it. So charting your progress is very, very significant. Now, if you break this down, there's a few little items you can just make a little note of. All these items are incredibly significant. Number one, you have to have a specific dream. It has to be specific, it has to be clear, because you can't hit a target that you can't see. Neither can you hit a target you don't have. So when I ask people, what's your goal? What's your objective? Well, you know, just live a good life. Nothing's going to change in your life. You got to have something specific, even if it's small, you know, I want to get a little garden in my backyard. I want to clean the garage. What's your goal? What's your chief aim? You know, my chief aim is organize my closet. Perfect. I mean, it's no wrong dream. I want to organize my closets. Okay, that's your dream. Now, let's set a chief aim. I want to organize one closet. Good. Let's set an objective. My objective is I want to make a plan. Write down a specific battle plan to organize that one closet. That's my chief aim. Good. What's your action step? Spend five minutes writing the battle plan for cleaning that one closet. Okay? I mean, it can be as simple as that. And this is how stuff gets manifested. So you have to have a specific dream. Number two, it has to be measurable. You need to be able to chart it and graph results. You have to graph results. Otherwise, you don't know if you're succeeding or not. Next. And there's a little thing here which is should be an automatic, but I'm going to mention it. Your dream has to be your dream, not somebody else's. My mom wants me to go to law school and be a lawyer. Okay, but that's not your dream. I had a buddy of mine who actually said that my parents want me to go to law school. I go, you want to open up a bar. You're an irishman. You love to drink, and you're a funny guy. You want to open up a bar and have comics there. Yeah, but my parents want me to be a lawyer. You're going to be miserable your whole life. Your dream has to be your dream, not somebody else. You can't be doing something to make somebody else happy. It's going to be your passion, your dream. It's got to be written down. We talked about that. You have to make that decision. We talked about that. And if you do all these things, you will know you're in alignment because you will have a magnificent obsession. A magnificent obsession and a love for. At doing the action. You'll be the guy who stays up till midnight. You know, you see it in the movies all the time. The guy's working and working, and he's just, like, so passionate. And the wife says, are you coming to bed? No, honey, I'm just. I'm right in the. And he's. Because he's just, like, so happy. I'm building this thing. I'm doing this thing and doing. And then he wakes up the next morning before she does because he doesn't want to sleep. He just wants to get back in his work, you know? Workshop and work on this invention he's working on because he's just so passionate about it. All people have this obsession, this passion, this love of doing and creating. They love the actions. And that'll happen to you. If you're in alignment and follow these steps, magic will occur. Magic will absolutely occur. Peter, I'm going to turn it back to you. [01:06:23] Speaker A: Kevin, thank you so, so much. And again, absolute gold in that formula. Nothing you need a PhD for. You need 20 years as a rocket scientist for follow the steps. Don't get it confused. I think you've had a huge amount of value. I'm a huge fan, as you know. And a couple of questions, if I may, and I've been collecting some stuff out of the chat as well, I think might be super useful. What I love to start with is the point you mentioned about hating the situation you're in now. A lot of people kick back initially on that because they're taught the positivity. And I want to stay in gratitude. And you love the future. Into reality you don't. You fear the future. In reality, you don't want. What came to my mind is really when you start an engine, you have a fry. You press the starter button and that kicks that starter motor around. If you don't have something that kicks that starter motor, you're not going to start the engine. Now, you don't run the engine on the starter motor. Right. But yeah, you need that first thing. And a lot of people are sitting there with in a metaphysical Ferrari, but they not pressing the starter motor. That really locks them in on that. And is there something you can sort of clarify a little around that just so people not get confused? [01:07:37] Speaker B: Yeah, it's a great point because this is something that we in the personal development field, we talk about gratitude. Looking at the current situation and not hating it, but actually being grateful and thankful for everything, no matter what it is. That's fine. After you do the first step. Okay. The first step is what contracts the energy. And there's what's called sound good advice, which sometimes misses the mark in terms of what's actually occurring. I'll give you an example of this for golfers out there. There was a great golfer named Ben Hogan. And Ben Hogan had a photograph where he was hitting the golf ball. And this photograph was taken back before they had high speed shutters. So anything that was moving when they took the photograph was blurred. And in this photograph, it said, Ben Hogan is holding his release until the very last minute. And that's what it looked like, and that's what everybody taught. And one golf genius looked at that same picture and said, wait a minute. If he is holding his release, which means holding his wrists and not moving them, the club head would not be blurred because the club head wouldn't be moving. But the club head in this photograph is blurred, which means it's moving like that really incredibly fast. He's not holding his release at all. He's released the club head. And then this genius said, hey, guys, instead of holding the release, try releasing the club head and see what happens. And virtually within 30 minutes, everybody was hitting the ball, father in dead straight, because so what people thought was occurring actually wasn't occurring. So what occurs is here is, yes, we have to be thankful and grateful. When there's a catastrophe in our life, we can't hate it. We have to be thankful and grateful that the universe is supplying this tragedy into our life for our ultimate benefit. Because the universe doesn't do things to us, it does things for us. But when we look at that car, we have to build up that disgust so that we can. It's like a springboard. We then shift that energy into the positive. When you take that negative ball of contracted energy, and this is where there's a misnomer, there's not good energy and bad energy. There's only energy. Okay? If you look in the clouds in the sky, oh, there's a white fluffy cloud, good cloud. Oh, there's a black cloud that's angry, and it has lightning, and there's thunder coming out. That's a bad cloud. No, they're just two clouds. So when you look at energy, energy that's contracted in black isn't bad energy. It's just contracted black energy. And when there's expanded white light energy, it's not good energy. It's just expanded white light energy. They're on the same. It's like, oh, this is bad temperature. This is good temperature. No, it's just degrees of heat. So energy is the same way we take contracted energy and we then use it and explode it into what we want. This is Esther Hicks. The teachings of Abraham calls it a rocket of desire. This is what Napoleon Hill calls a burning desire for what you want. In order to get that burn, you have to have contracted energy first. Then you are in a state of joy, bliss, and peace, gratitude and so forth. And you can be thankful. You know, I'm really thankful that I hate this car because it's giving me the motivation to get a new one. I'm glad my car broke down because now I am so pissed off that I want the new one. Do you see the difference here? So there's actually, you're looking at what's around you as a blessing to motivate you, to give you the oomph so that you can clearly define what you want. This is called contrast. And unless you create contrast, you can't clearly define what you want. If you're in a crappy relationship, just look at all the things you don't like about it that will help clarify what you do want and then focus on what you do want with, obviously, love and gratitude for the crappy relationship because it allowed you to clarify what you want. But it starts like you just said. That was a beautiful example, that starter on an engine. You got to get the juice going. [01:12:07] Speaker A: No, outstanding. And I'm just going to add a clarification here to Angeliki in the chat as well. She says being disgusting at yourself or accepting yourself, there's a difference here between when you look at your body in the mirror or you look at your banker. You're not being disgusted with you. You're not attaching an identity to that because that can back fire what you're disgusted at the situation now. So it's like, you know, I look at my body, it's like I am disgusted at the body. But if I sit there and start getting upset that I'm disgusting, then, yeah, we're off on a different tangent. [01:12:39] Speaker B: Big difference. And that's a very good point, Peter, because you don't criticize the performer, but it's okay to criticize the performance. [01:12:50] Speaker A: Hang on. [01:12:51] Speaker B: Okay. And we cant be delusional. We have to be honest. And if I look at my body and say, you know something, okay, I dont like the way my body is. Im a great person. Im a wonderful being. And if I want to change my body, I can now guess, what if youre 350 pounds and you look in the body and say, you know something? Id love my body. Theres nothing wrong with that. There is no disgusting body unless you choose that you want to change it. So there is no disgusting bodies. Theres no perfect body or anything like that. You look at it and you make that decision. I love my body. I was with this beautiful woman. We were doing yoga together and she was incredibly large and she was the happiest, gleefulst person in the world. Incredibly flexible and so forth. And I loved her. She was great. We had, I mean, she was just beautiful inside and out. She glowed with beauty. Her figure was beauty. Sexy and fantastic because she loved herself. So there's nothing wrong with that. And I'm not saying body shame yourself or anyone else, but, you know, understand the intention behind what I'm suggesting. [01:14:04] Speaker A: Beautiful. I know there's been a couple of questions in the chat and this is something I know many people may be interested in. And we talk about energy, but to an extent, we obviously need to have levels of physical energy to be able to support our connection to creating in the non physical. You're ten years plus older than myself. You still look like the boy next door. And a lot of people would love to know if there's one thing you could do out there. And I don't want to launch into a tangent that would take another three day seminar, but if there was some one or maybe two key points that would allow other people to maintain their physical energy if they're feeling a bit of a lack, what would you sort of speak to that? [01:14:45] Speaker B: Yeah. There's four elements of health. I wrote this in the book, natural cures they don't want you to know about, which was, as you mentioned, on the number one on the New York Times bestselling list, 26 weeks in a row, sold 50 million copies. The four areas are number one, nutritional deficiencies. Even if we eat all organic food, all fresh fruits and vegetables, the soils depleted, we're going to be nutritionally deficient. So you should be taking some type of nutritional supplement, some type of whole food, nutritional supplement, mix it up. Don't take the same thing every day to get some nutrients in your body to handle some of the nutritional deficiencies. The second thing is toxins that are in your body. We have toxins in our body from the chemicals in the food. We eat air, we breathe water, any type of pharmaceutical drug, whether it's an over the counter or prescription drug, these are all toxins. We have toxins. And toxins are created by negative thinking. So our body's pretty toxic. You should also then cleanse your body. You take a shower every day, but do you ever shower the inside of your body? No. So we have to do a colon cleanse and a liver cleanse and a kidney cleanse and a spleen cleanse, or at least a colon cleanse. You know, once or twice a year. And there's 100 different products. Herbal ones are super simple. You just take them, you go to the toilet, a few a little more than normal. It really smells and that's a good sign. That means there's toxins coming out of you. Sometimes your skin smells because toxins are coming out through the skin. It's the largest organ in the body. So cleansing is really important. The third thing is exercise. We just don't do any exercise. Very few people do. Look, you can do some stretching, some exercise. It takes two or three minutes a couple times a day just to bend over and try to touch the floor. I mean, just move a little bit. I mean, when you get out of bed, do like a deep knee bend, or try to bend over and touch the floor three times. You don't have to go crazy. You don't have to go even buy a gym membership. Just move your body. Just do this. You know, I mean, just try to pull your leg up. I mean, just move a little. Walk. Take the stairs. I mean, me and David, we. And Janine and my different friends, we go to the movies, and there's one theater we go to, and they have a bottom floor and a top floor. And the top floor has a big, huge escalator that goes up. And it's very. It's a long, long one. But there's also stairs. So when I go there, they all look at me and go, oh, no, I go, yep, we're running. Come on. And we run up the stairs. And when you get to the top, okay, why not just do a little exercise? If you go to a. If there's. If you go on the second floor, the fifth floor, don't take the lift or the elevator, take the stairs. Super simple. And the last one is your attitude. You got to be living with gratitude, joy, happiness, bliss. Non judgmental. This is one of the critical areas. You know, there's all we'll call them. We will call them negative, just for clarity. Anger, grief, sorrow, shame. These are the things that cause disease. We need to release these negative energies and be non judgmental. I mean, love and compassion. You know, love, which is unconditional and without exception, pretty hard to do, but it's something at least we can kind of think about and release a little bit of the negative energies that will keep our body a heck of a lot better. [01:18:22] Speaker A: Next question I have is one of the things that my students and I teach a lot is environment beats will over time. If you are hanging out with nine recreational drug users, chances are you're going to become the 10th over time. Now, a lot of people don't really have much of a peer group. They have more of a fear group or a beer group. And there's a lot of negativity that's out there that's running as default or noise or if you want to go further down the rabbit hole, very coordinated in its intention to bring people's frequency or vibration. Now, by feeding it crap, what would be some of the best ways in your mind to kind of rise above the default noise that's out of there without trying to lock yourself as a hermit? [01:19:08] Speaker B: Yeah. What you just described is a key element of success. And one of the greatest kept secrets of success. It's association. It's who you associate with. Who do you spend time with? Research has shown repeatedly that your income is the average of your five best friends. So what you said, Peter, is 100% correct. One of the greatest kept secrets in the world of success. When you look at people that in today's dollar amount, it's really $100 million net worth or about $10 million of your income. That's the level that you looked at and above when it comes to material success. Some of these people are miserable. They don't have good health. They're out of balance. But let's just talk about material success for money. If you're looking at somebody who's making that type of money, look at all of them, every one of them, and throughout history, including Andrew Carnegie and Henry Ford and all these people, and today, the big boys like Elon Musk and the late Stephen Jobs, etcetera, they are all part of a group, either a private club, a secret society, a country club, a group, or an association. And at the lower levels, they're part of things like YPO, young president's organization, or club like Rotary Club. Why? So they can associate with like minded people that will uplift and help them. We have a connection via our DNA to our family. And if you're a member of a wealthy family, you have an advantage because you're getting power from all the other people in that family to you via your DNA. So if you're down, you get empowered via DNA channel. And if you're positive, you're empowering everybody else who has the DNA connection if you don't have that, because a lot of our family, friends and relatives are boneheads. And you're like, you know, how did I, you know, how did I draw this card out of the deck? You know, look at all my friends. You know, they're all negative nellies, right? Well, then you have to join a group like YPO or Rotary or your organization is a great group. Mind the global Information Network. Or I actually have a fan club, the Kevin Trudeau fan Club, where people join and become partners so they can connect. And when they join energetically, they're connected to the rest of the like minded group, so they empower each other just energetically. That's really critical. Every successful person is part of the a group, an association, so that they can pull for others and have others pull for them on an energetic level, not just by giving them the right connection, call this guy, or giving them advice that they wouldn't be able to get someplace else. That's all good. But it's more the connection energetically that these individuals have that make the difference. I was with CEO's, billion dollar businesses, and they all are part of groups. They meet once a month secretly in homes and things or the back of restaurants, where they pull for one another. They're all from different industries, but they're all like minded and they all want to see each other win. And they're giving, effectively, love and support to everyone else. So having a support network is absolutely critical. [01:22:36] Speaker A: Outstanding. And, yeah, it's one of the reasons I created the elite membership forum. I don't have any family left myself. I have parents along gone. I've never had brothers or sisters. I don't have any grandparents. Were dead by the time I was six. I don't have any aunts, uncles or cousins I'm in touch with. So for me, understanding association, it really was. How do I create a high conscious group of people? And one of the things I love about what you were committed to, Kevin, was creating something like gin, for example, the global information Network. Now, guys, do me a favor here. I see still hundreds of us on the call here. On a scale of one to ten, how beneficial is this last hour or so been, guys? [01:23:17] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:23:17] Speaker A: Okay. Eleven, 199. [01:23:20] Speaker B: Bless you. Bless you. Bless you. [01:23:22] Speaker A: No, it's amazing. And the reason I love putting these calls together is because we don't get information like this in the mainstream. Kevin, would you like to share with people what the fan club's about and your intention behind it and how that can help keep people at this level of vibration? [01:23:40] Speaker B: Sure. I had a lot of supporters over the years, and two of them formed the Kevin Trudeau fan club. They asked me if they could, and I said yes. And they begged me to not go into retirement, but actually continue to deliver the message and train people to achieve success. And I, after many months of thinking about that, because I was heading toward basically just retiring, I decided to do that so a person can become a partner in the fan club for $25 a month. And what you get for that is each month I do a two hour Zoom call. Live partners. Actually, can go online to the website and type in any question they want. And I answer. I read every one of them and I answer every question. Now, I do it energetically first. Then I do the Zoom call and I pick many of them and answer the questions on the Zoom call. The ones I don't answer on the Zoom call, I'm going to be answering on a live video and then emailing you and saying, hey, Kevin answered your question. It's on the website. And so the website is going to have all the questions listed with the answers so that you can then look and there'll be a catalog of all questions and answers. My video answer, all the zoom calls are recorded and they're also put on the website so that you can always go back and watch them. If you like them, you take some notes so they'll be there as well. You also get access to annual convention, which is free of charge to partners. So the next one's coming up in the summer here in Chicago. All partners can come. You hang out with me for the whole day. There's no charge. We're not selling you anything there. There'll be a table with some books and things, of course, but there's no sales pitch from the front of the room. It's me answering all your questions, taking photos, telling you how much I appreciate everybody, and a great sharing opportunity. So anybody who wants to become a partner, by the way, they can also, if they really want to, you can give more than 25 a month. There's some other levels there that people join and there's more value there. But 25 a month is. Would be terrific. [01:25:53] Speaker A: I'll be honest, there is so much crap in this industry. I've given videos on this. There's so much. And some of it's well intentioned. It's just opinion, not advice. And yeah, Kevin, pause his heart out for this and he's given me so much. I want to support him. And I would love for those of you that have got value over here, go join the fan club. Kevin, anything else you'd like to share or you want to say to my amazing family and tribe that we've got on here today? [01:26:19] Speaker B: I would just encourage people to dream big is an old saying, shoot for the moon. Because even if you miss, you'll still wind up amongst the stars. A person can really make anything happen in their life they can focus on because this actually works, as you know better than anybody. [01:26:42] Speaker A: Peter Kevin, I just want to say again, on behalf of my dear family here of the elite membership forum, my ultimate self mastery. Students, my staff, my team, my tribe, all the people that I wouldn't be able to do what I do without, and all the people here that have given us the blessing of their time. I want to say a huge, huge thank you. You mean a lot to me, my friend. I know we're going to be connecting in person at some point very soon. That's no doubt going to happen. And if there's anything that we can do to support you, then just let us know. I'm sure everyone here has had an amazing sense of value from this, and I know that it comes from just an amazingly pure place. [01:27:21] Speaker B: So it's been an honor and a privilege. Peter, thank you so, so much. If there's anything I could ever do to serve you in any other way, please let me know. And everybody who's watching you are blessed to have such a great mentor in Peter. There really isn't anybody better out there. So just grab onto his coattails, everybody, because he's going, you know, that train is taken off and you want to be on it. [01:27:44] Speaker C: Well, welcome back. I hope you like that. I hope you get it because I just laid out to you the simple step 1234. Look, you can take any of those steps and drill down deep. I can take step one, step two, step three, take any of those steps and I could go deeper and give you more details for 2345 6 hours on even deeper. And that's how I was trained in the brotherhood. We got information and then we, months later, sometimes years later, we took that same data and drilled down deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper. This is how you know material. Not just know about material. And then when you apply it in real life life, because we were trained on how to be conscious and aware, we would see how these principles actually work in real life. So the application of them was something that we excelled in. Thus, the trillions of dollars over the five decades generated by people in the brotherhood tells the tale. The results tell the tale. You tell a tree by the fruit it bears. So apply that material and your life will get better. Make sure you subscribe. Share this video with everybody. Leave comments go to rumble.
